“Very giood Hotel”

Hotel is very clean, Staff very friendly and happy to accommodate any requests you have. Food was average. Facilities within the hotel were very good. Good location with Nama Bay being only 5 minutes walk along the promenade. The only down side was the people selling additional services i.e spa treatments/photographs/papers/boat trips. A little annoying to say the least. But overall the hotel was good and I would definately stay here again.

Just returned from the Ghazala Beach we stayed for 1 week breakfast only. Our 1st room was 633 which looked onto the relax pool, thats if we could of looked through this huge tree that was in the way. The next morning i asked reception if we could change rooms, the service was 1st class they gave us keys to a bungalow and 4 different rooms all in different areas of the hotel. We quickly moved to room 305 which overlooks the path from the pool and the reception, this room was lovely as we had the sun all day. Our room lad was exceptional, he had the room spotless everyday. The room was fine but not a 4 star room, the rooms opposite ours have all been updated to a very high standard and would be great if all the rooms were updated to this level.
Breakfast was ok pretty much what you would expect at any hotel in Sharm, location is perfect only a 5 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Pool area was ok and always got a bed, we got a little sick of the lads from the health club asking to give us a massage and beauty treatments but they are only doing there job.
Red sea rep was very good, giving us loads of good advise and even leaving his mobile number incase we had a problem.

For water Etc. its worth walking to the Carrfour supermarket which is close to the tavern pub, much cheaper than hotel and other shops. you can get 4 large bottles of water for under 8 egyptian pound (hotel charge 15 for 1 bottle) cans of coke for 25p. We also went to the off licence for beer and wine for our room, wine and beer well under half the price of hotel drink.

We would defintly recomend this hotel and will return some time.

We stayed in Ghazala Beach Hotel for Christmas and New Year, it was possibly one of the best holidays. From the amazing service from the staff to the quality of food, we went fully-inclusive which meant we could eat in any of the several restaurants within the resort's complex, all tastes are provided for. In-particular we found that Ghazala beach bar was definitely the place to be weather it be day or night, the beach bar provides a range of food however their seafood is exceptional, having had a range of seafood across the world I can safety say that the beach bar seafood is the best!
I would recommend Ghazala Gradens to all groups off people as they successfully provide for everyone, with a fantastic location in the heart of Naama Bay.

We will be back soon!

We went for christmas and the New Year, the location of the hotel was ideal as we were able to walk everywhere, did not need a car. Sinai divers is by the hotel excellent location.

We spent a lot of the time at the beach bar as they have a new menu full of sea food options which we loved and had everyday. New Year's Eve Party was at the beach bar, with a wonderful, rich buffet with plenty of choice from pasta beef lamb, lobsters and kings prawns ......

Will surely recommend the stay to everyone, we had a bangaloe close to the pool, the beach was 2 minutes walk and all the staff were amazing, can't thank them enough.

We visited with family and friend for Christmas and the New year, we had good time.
We did spend a lot of the time on the beach, therefore eating mainly at the beach bar, which was ideally located by the beach, we love sea food which we always had there and it was very nicely cooked. And in the evenings we would go there for drinks. The staff were very friendly, on boxing day we asked to watch West Ham Match on the Screen above the bar, we were called from the beach when football started, brilliant afternoon.

Would like to thank the staff and everyone who helped us to have such a good holiday.

We have stayed in other hotels in Sharm in the past but The Ghazala Beach Hotel is a fantastic location, right in the heart of things in Na'am Bay.

We opted for bed and breakfast so we could get out throughout the day and sample some of the local cuisine, but we found that Ghazala had several of its own restaurants which offer a discount scheme, which worked our really good.

The staff at the hotel are amazing from the guys on reception to the guys who work in the bars and resaturant they are all so helpful. A special thank you goes out to Fayek who worked at the hotel and Wael our hoilday rep from Red Sea Holidays - (I hope I have spelled there names correctly) - THANK YOU guys

We will be back very soon.

we traveled to gazala beach for christmas, me my husband and 2 children 2 and 4. After 2 hours delay because of snow we finally arrived to Sharm el sheikh. When we arrived we got a bungalow which wasnt very nice and we asked for another one instead and we were given a nice bungalow near the pool and restaurant which was better than first one. We arrived at 1 am and we were so happy to find food in our room. We had half board but if you like diversity you better go bed and breakfast as the evening meal wasn't so good. Not to many choices, there was not chips for kids . the breakfast was fine plenty of choice. The beach was beautiful and weather so nice 28 degrees all week. If you go shopping be careful because most of the seller ask a price but you should offer them at least half price they ask. we got almost everything we bought for half the asking price so stand for yourself and dont be fooled. The wather in the pool was very very cold but there was a relax pool wich was heated although still not very warm. i will recommend this hotel but if you are fussy just to let you know that this is not a 4 star hotel is more like 3. so there are a few things which might bother you of you are fussy.
