A GOOD REVIEW FOR A GOOD HOTEL

First time to Egypt. Hotel staff are very friendly, and helpful. We stayed from 26th May to 9th June and we were well looked after. The room was cleaned and beds changed every day by Radar , very thoroughly. The hotel staff were always cleaning and making sure all guests were happy.A big thankyou to Osama and all the staff. hope to see you again. best wishes Mr John and Patricia

Room tip: This is not a 5 star hotel but a good 3 star.enjoy

loved it and will definately come back again

i would like to say a big thank you to the falcon hills hotel for makin my holiday the best ever the bar staff was really nice especially youseif who is a fab guy , i would also like to thank the animation team Dodo and Irina who made the days and nights fly by with having sooo much fun , i met so many new friends at this hotel and would love to come back again next year xxx

it is fantastic hotel. i love it

He hotel is fantastic, everyone smiles at you from the first logged in the hotel until departure, the first impression that I will enjoy being in the hotel, is the smile casher who sits in the face of the door of the hotel and ease of reception and try to all employees to provide comfort to me, the nicest thing dinners on the swimming pool and competitions worked by animation, real you will cry when you leave the hotel. I will visit hotel 5 or 6 times after . i will some names of staff i liked them .. yossef ** magdey ** ali ** zakarya ** mahmoud ** aymen ** all staff did them best to make enjoy to us .

DO NOT GOT TO THIS HOTEL! Will not be going back!

Me and my partner stayed at the Falcon Hills for two weeks at the beginning of May. It was our second time in Egypt as we very much enjoyed it the first time but we did not enjoy our stay at Falcon Hills.
The hotel itself was not too bad, was only cheap so wasn't expecting that much but the hotel was clean, had good staff and two nice pools. However, the management staff were awful, and didn't deal with the problems we encountered. Over the whole holiday, we spoke to other holidaymakers who had things go missing from their safes - cameras, money etc were taken. We had a bank card taken from our safe which I cancelled immediately after I realised.
We also booked an excursion with the hotel and they arranged transport to and from the venue - our transport to take us back to the hotel didn't arrive so we had to get a taxi and pay for it ourselves.
The egyptians are far too dodgy for my liking and I rarely felt safe as they were always trying to get money from you or try it on with you.
If you are going to Egypt I would recommend a hotel you don't have to leave and certainly not this one beause almost every couple we spoke too had something robbed from their room or locked safe and nothing was done by anyone to help or compensate for the situation. The management weren't interested and just laughed.
Do not stay here if you want to keep you valuable posessions - or if you do stay here keep your items on you at all times.

Thank very much for your comments as it is very valuable for us to improve our services.

Also thank you for being fair to our staff as you said they were good.

Please note that the Management of the Hotel took an immediate action upon reporting the incident as the Tour Operator was informed and they did send a representative to the Hotel , also we did change all the security codes of the safe boxes but it you did not accuse someone with the theft our hands are tied.
Please also note that we informed our guest that if they will claim the amount from the insurance they will need to make a police report and also if they did not accuse anyone in the report that police hands also will be tide.
Please accept my apologies for the bad experience and hope that you will give us the chance to make it up for you.

loved the hotel

just back from the falcon it is very clean the cleaners do not stop teetoe who cleaned our room was excellent with the towels he has a lot of talent also aymen the pool attendant was extra nice even taking us to naama bay his service was excellent would go back just to see those two you made our holiday thanks again gwen,tony from bolton
