Just came back from a fantastic holiday. firstly, the rooms, we had a twin room but requested a double and it didn't have a balcony, to be honest though a balcony wasn't needed as we only used the room to get changed and to sleep in. The Cleaner did a good job and we always looked forward to what design he had done with the bed, we had a crocodile on the last day that looked amazing. We booked for all inclusive and expected to have alcohol in our package but we was told that Expedia (who we booked the holiday through) had only booked the soft drinks all inclusive. The food, fantastic choice, I'm a vegetarian and was impressed with the amount of food I could choose from. Breakfast was my favourite, you can help yourself to all the soft drinks, The staff, Fathy from the pool bar was brilliant, always made us feel welcome and really friendly, the animation team work so hard in the heat, it was in the 40's every day we was there but they kept on smiling and entertaining the customers. I recommend going down to the beach, you can catch a bus, the most we had to wait was 5 minutes, it is quite close to walk but with the heat it is very draining. We met Mohamed who works on the beach sorting the sun beds and towels, he saved us the best sun beds on the beach everyday and we became good friends, such a lovely man who is eager to make people happy. I fully recommend staying in the Otium, we was the only English in the hotel and we was made to feel so welcome. We would definitely stay there again.
