Before we went to this hotel, we read lots of reviews, we were blown away by some of the comments we read. When we arrived we had missed meal times, I was very impressed when we walked into our room and a buffet style meal had been provided for us.
previous reviews say how friendly and accommodating the staff were, we didn't experience this apart from the towel man and the room cleaners who were clearly working hard for a tip.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable with free air conditioning & free safe. internet access was a bit expensive.food was great, pools were great. I was disappointed the bar closed at 11 pm and I could not buy any more drinks. No entertainment provided so got a little boring, would definitely recommend a trip to so ho square.for budget accommodation I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and can't wait to go back! It is in a great area so you don't have to go far for restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The staff at the hotel is supper friendly, food was nice, we just loved it! When we go back to Sharm we will most definitely stay at Sharm Reef. Definitely check out Chill out bar across the road, great place we went there bout every night!

Thankyou so much sharm reef for giving our family of four an unforgettable time. From the moment we stepped into sharm reef hotel we,knew we'd made the right choice in hotels. The staff were so helpful and spoke rather good English. Our room was very large and clean and looking out onto a swimming pool.THe food at sharm was delicious and seeing,as we went on an,all inclusive the food was always served hot and, different every day with smiling staff to serve us.The,restaurant was very clean and we would eat outside most evenings enjoying the entertainment. In the day we would lie by the pool listening to music or posing table tennis enjoying the lovely snacks ie pizza, cakes fruit all inclusive of sharm. Sharm reef has,a fantastic location with a,shopping centre opposite and beaches all around the bay but you are only, allowed to use your hotel beach otherwise you have to pay to go on to another.one thing I don't think we will ever forget and have never, experienced on any other holiday was the hotel manager Mohamed.Such a lovely chap always happy and chatty. Many a nights he would join us or other holiday makers for tea making sure,we were happy and having a nice holiday telling us about his family ,life and interests. He always always, made sure we were completely happy and it,was never a problem for him to ask.My children absolutely adored him and he was always playing funny jokes with them .Mohamed Sharm Reef Manger ......he should be looked on as an inspiration to all other managers of,hotels.......... We found it very hard to say goodbye :(

Perfect place for 2 friends to soak up some sun!
Safe, quite and clean! Brilliant pools, delicious food and heavenly massages! Perfect location as not in noisy Naama Bay, but within short taxi drive to all attractions and our favorite bar.
Only recommendation would be to book any tours opposite in Il Mecato as we ended up paying £60 more for the same 1 day Cairo trip then others in our group with the Sales Rep..
A big thank you to Mohamed, the Hotel Manager who really looked after us all week long. Looking forward to return one day!

Amazing value for money at this affordable but high-quality resort.
Excellent and very large pool area, beautiful surroundings, always attentive and friendly service from all staff, rooms clean and very big. Free shuttle bus to a nice secluded and not-too-crowded beach.
The buffet could perhaps be better, but the selection was large and quality still high compared to what many other hotels have to offer. Other than that, we cannot think of anything to complain about.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. The hotel was very peaceful and we were glad that we had chosen this area over the noisier areas of Sharm. Whilst a peaceful hotel, we were close to plenty of amenities, within walking distance of a beach and could cheaply get a taxi to a more lively area if we wanted. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful without exception, the rooms clean and grounds well maintained. The food was consistently delicious. There was a self service buffet for all meals. The choice was substantial, ranging from local fair to more standard European offerings. Beauty/spa treatments are available (and were very good) and are currently done in a covered area by the pool. A special mention goes to the hotel manager who made a point of checking that all of his guests were happy. We were!

Room Tip: We had a room with a garden view and it was really peaceful, but I don't think that any of the r...

My partner and myself wanted a quiet chilled out holiday and that's just what we got perfect location, hotel and weather. The food was very good and varied, the staff were extremely helpful and our room was just fine for us. We spent our time relaxing by the pool or on the beach which is only a few minutes by the shuttle bus there were obviously the trips and excursions but we did not want those as we went to totally relax. I'm not sure this would be an ideal place for the younger party generation and apart from the pools I don't think it's the place for young children as we didn't see many there at all during our two weeks. On the whole we loved it and are returning again next April.
