We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Reef Oasis Blue Bay and from our first day there we were already planning our return. Indeed, we spoke to several people who were on their third, fourth and even fifth consecutive stay there. We had a gorgeous Deluxe room overlooking The Relax Pool - the quietest of the many pools in the resort due to the fact that there are no under 18s allowed there and only some very quiet background music to be heard. The cleanliness and service at the pool and pool bar area were first class, and the staff were always so friendly and polite. Our room was kept immaculate each day by our attendant who always left beautiful sculptures on our beds made from towels, facecloths and fresh flowers - a lovely touch. The beds were huge and very comfy and the air-con is very effective. Get a plug-in mosquito repellent for your room though as they were finding their way in whenever our balcony doors were open. There is a great choice of restaurants in the resort, but our favourite, where we ate 6 nights out of 7, was The Bay View. The choices there were many and varied including a whole counter exclusively for a huge range of delicious breads and rolls.
