Well what more can I say, we have booked our 5th trip. We enjoy it more every time we go. The entertainment from the first choice staff is excellent. Children dont even need the kids club in the day time as there is plenty to do with plenty of family activities throughout the day. First choice keep up the good work with the entertainment. so glad the travel agent recomended this hotel purely on the entertainment (we were originally going ot go to the coral sea) Hotel staff so friendly and contimue to bring drinks to your sunbeds to you or to your tables with the excellent eving entertainent. Fantastic hoililda tho my son did cry when he knew he was going home. Satisfaction all round, See you in 2014.

Room Tip: Swim up rooms to cold in the winter, dont bother with the upgrade.

Had a swim up room, but the water was very cold. the al a carte restaurants were all excellent. All staff were friendly. We enjoyed the Adults only breakfast and the adult bar with it's nightly quiz. Room was huge with giant bed.

Room Tip: Get a swim up room.

We stayed at this hotel for half term week, returned on Sunday 24th Feb 2013. We stayed here last Easter and retuned again as I was travelling alone with my son on this occasion and wanted to stay somewhere we would feel safe. We upgraded to a swim up room as we stayed in one last year and knew how lovely they are! The swim up rooms are much larger and have a real feel of luxury. Well worth the extra money.
We met lots of people and my 6 year old son made some great friends.
The staff at the hotel are very polite, and we were lucky enough to have Hanny ( Sly ) looking after us by the pool and in the bar every day. What a lovely man- we couldn't have wished for better service, a true gentleman. He made Ted and his friend Olivia feel very special. Thanks from us all Sly!!x
Camel riding on the beach with Bobby and Lilly was great fun- we have some great photo's. The Indian and oriental restaurants were very nice and service was fantastic. Can't really comment on the kids club as the people we met who also had kids made their own entertainment at the pool. Thanks for a lovely week. I'm sure we will return again one day.

Room Tip: Swim up rooms are fantastic and well worth the upgrade price.

After reading reviews, had some concerns but there was no need! Hotel immaculate, staff very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We were advised by the holiday reps to be wary of camel rides with scare stories of not being allowed of the camel without paying extortionate prices! What the reps fail to tell you is that on the resorts beach, there is a lovely man, with his camels Bobby and baby Lilley. If you want to experience a camel ride, i highly recommend that you go and see them, and if you want to really make the camels happy, take them a glass of cola! They love it! Do not be scared by the reps, but only go to Bobby and Lilley. After speaking to other people, they told me they went on the tours arranged by the reps to see the camels, and paid a lot more. Are they scaring people to make more money?!
Overall a fantastic trip, will def be back, especially to see Bobby and baby Lilley.

We went to the holiday village 31st Jan to the 14th Feb, there was 7 of us alltogether. 4 adults, 1 6year old and 2 babies. This was mine and my husbands 5 time to Egypt. Check in was easy and fast. We were showed to our rooms 10116&10115 with an inconecting room. Rooms were big, with walk in wardrobe and the cots for the babies were nice wooden ones. Very clean. We were on the ground floor opposie the quiet pool. Gardens are well kept and theres always someone tidying it up.
Welcome meeting was well organised, with a area for the little ones to play with kids club staff. We sighned up to swimming acadamy with Sophie and Nicola, they were great. It was £30 for 5 lessons.
Food is realy good, very clean. The three extra restaurants that you get vouchers for book them asap when you get there. We didnt and then could only get in each one once. The Indian is very good,we were gutted we couldnt get in there again. Ice creams are avaible 11-4 everyday.
Kids club is the best ive seen. All the staff work realy hard and theres are nice atmosphere between them all. Theres different sessions that run throughout the day and each last for an hour and a half. So you can pick and choose what they want to do. All the other kids activities you need to sign up for them at 9.30am at the meeting point at the main pool. My daughter did so much and loved it all. Zip wire is £5 but everything else is included. If you want to do the climbing on the pirate ship or zip wire make sure you have trainers or sandles with backs on them. Me and my friend took our babys to the stay and play session in the creche which is realy clean and has all elc and mothercare toys in there. Staff are lovely.
Evening entertainment was good and again the staff work realy hard. It is aimed at kids so dont complain if your adults without kids as it is a holiday village. There is an adult only bar above the 3 restaurants.
Me and my daughter celebrated ours birthdays when we were there and the staff made a fuss, we had our pool tents decorated then sung to by the staff and in the restaurant we were sung to and a cake was brought out both times. My husband asked them if they could bring out a chocolate cake for me as i dont like other cake and they did. Our cleaner also decorated the room with towel art and petals.
I loved this holiday and would realy recommend it to anyone with a family. Ignore anyone that moans about this. My husband and I have stayed in different hotels around Sharm and it was the best for familys. The only slight let down was the fish in the sea arent as good as other areas in Sharm but you can always go to Sharks bay which wasnt far away to do that bit or go on a boat trip. We also found that in Narma Bay it wasnt as bad at getting mithered from the staff in the shops as it has in the past years. We also watched that watchdog show online before we went, if your worried then dont be, theres nothing to worry about just go and enjoy everything.

Room Tip: If you have a buggie or small children i would request a ground floor room when you book as theres only 1 lift and thats to the restaurant and reception
