Value for Money

We read a few reviews for this resort and some were a bit harsh to be fair.
The resort is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This resort is more 3 star than the advertised 4 star though.
The pools are nice, though not heated. Water was cold in January. Its also spacious, with plenty of sun beds though we did go off season so this may be an issue during peak season.
The free shuttle bus to and from Naama Bay was a bonus along with the shuttle to the nearby beach.
The resort has a gym but this is of a very poor standard and would not pass health and safety standards by any chance. Best to avoid it to be honest. The beauty parlour is of a below average standard. The shave and other services claim to be good but they are not. Best to avoid it!
A major downside to our holiday was the food. To say it was repetitive would be an understatement. Every day they had rice, the same vegetables and were alternating between fish, chicken & beef! Though this may be due to the hotel having less guests, its unfair as we still paid for all inclusive and would expect better. Especially as they claim to be a 4 star resort.
This was our 4th visit to Egypt and our 3rd to Sharm. It was a lot cheaper than our previous visits so to sum it up, you get what you pay for...
A final note, the safe in our room (113) was not bolted down. I used it upon arrival but the next morning i noticed it moved whilst entering the code. I didn't address the issue with the hotel but again, i'd expect more from a resort who claim to be 4 star!

I paid £500 for a week's all inclusive. I found that my room was clean, and made up every day I was there. The staff were very friendly and if there were any small problems they were sorted out straight away. I agree with a previous entry that it isn't the best hotel in Sharm but for the money paid it is excellent value for money. I have booked again for March 2013 this time for 2 weeks. The only downside is that the food can be a bit samey, but it is perfectly edible and nothing at all wrong with it. It is set in a lovely quiet location, and the perfect place to chill out and relax. I would recommend it to anyone who didn't want to pay a great deal for a good hotel to do exactly what I did - nothing!!

We have stayed in this hotel 4 times and have just booked our 5th visit for Feb/March. We have always got good value for money and the manager, Mr Hany, and his staff are always pleasant and helpful. We prefer this hotel as there are 2 pools, we use the quiet one as we don't like to listen to music while we are reading. The food is excellent with a good choice and very attentive chefs and waiters (ask & ye shall receive). As we had been 3 times, it was nice that we were recognised as soon as we arrived last November. We are starting to feel like family now as this is how we are treated.

I stayed at this hotel from the 13/12/12 for two weeks with my mother and two small infants on arrival all appeared clean and staff were very friendly, had a great size room with cot, in all this hotel I found great value for money and the small issues that I did have we're immediate in being resolved, simple if you got a problem speak up, would definetely recommend this hotel, great staff, value for money, clean and for all those that complained about food if you are expecting chips, burger, etc stay at home and don't whine that it's not what you want... U are in Egypt ...... Thanks guys tara

This is not the best hotel in Sharm, but for the price I paid it was good value for money.

I did have a couple of issues, no hot water on arrival and the safe battery went flat and I could not open it. All problems were resolved with in 30 minutes.

Some guests did moan about similar things and said it used to be better.

The room was clean, but tired and needed updating, but like I said at the start it is very good value.

The food was Egyptian, and not continental so a lot of savoury options for breakfast. I always had a good breakfast and can recommend you try the local food. You can always have croissants.

It was annoying to get the all inclusive drinks in small plastic cups, but you can have 2 at a time, but you can get them as often as you like.

Lastly the staff were always helpful, polite and nice to speak to.

Would I go again, maybe if the price was right.
