What a fantastic venue. The views are to die for, the pool tranquil and the ambience perfect. I would recommend castle zaman to anyone visiting the northern Red Sea. The slow cooked food is both unusual and exceptional, the best in any restaurant that offers this type of dish. I just keep returning on each trip I make and can't wait to come back in August.

If the divine view of the sea and the mountains aren't enough for you, there's a scenic pool which stretches over the sea,so you can enjoy and taking this once in a lifetime picture perfect backdrop in.
Everything about the Castle's interior is different, original and very well thought of,from the medieveal fireplace to the wooden carved tables and chairs. The staff are very helpful and hospitable. We ordered the turkey slow food dish and it was right on time. The portion is very generious, comes with the most delicious mouthwatering vegetables which have been slowly cooked for hours hence the slow food quontation. The Salmon with also tender and juicy. They also offer really fresh strawberry and mango juices and the bar is filled to the local and imported alcohol selection. They also have a unique gift shop which offers gifts made by the women of Sinai.Going back and leaving the Castle behind was very hard, can't wait for my next trip!!Truly a unique experience.

We had a tour of the purpose built castle then sat on the terrace and enjoyed tea or coffee. In the late afternoon we went into the dining hall and chose our meals - salmon or leg of beef, with vegetable accompaniments. The staff lit a huge fire in the dining room which was appreciated by us as it was cooling down. The meal was excellent and more than we could eat, it was enjoyed by all.

the place is fantastic , i really enjoyed staying because of the view , food is really really more than tasty, everything is great except for the staff , they don't know how to deal or talk with people , they only care about rules, they don't even smile , anyway you will love staying there and you won't want to leave it .

The view and pool are amazing.. The place is unique, but:
- Staff are arrogant, care much about telling you rules rather than being smiling
- Paying at the gate is not understandable !
- "Non drinking on pool" rule is very awkward.. I just they are afraid from broken glass on/in pool... They can solve this with plastic cups..

Food is very tasty, some reviews say its gigantic, while we saw food quantity could be increased..
