We were looking for a break where we could just relax and be pampered, and we certainly were from the time we arrived to the time we left. The hotel is situated in a small bay that has excellent snorkeling, and you can easily walk into the sea from the beautiful clean sandy beach. The rooms were clean with petals on the bed and little extra touches on a daily basis. The food was good and at the Blue Fish restaurant the meat and fish is all cooked fresh for you in the evening, and breakfast in there was always such a relaxing way to start the day. The staff all speak excellent English, are very keen to make sure you enjoy your stay and the overall service is excellent. There is far too many staff to mention as they were all exceptional and made you feel so welcome. Looking forward to visiting this resort again soon.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to have a relaxing holiday where you enjoy being pampered.

I have just returned from 1 weeks stay at my usual hotel in taba, my 11th visit, each time it just gets better, and this time they realy surpassed themselves.First of all i was given my usual greeting at reception, then shown to my suite, where towel sculptures and petals over my bed awaited me, along with flowers, cookies and a fruit basket, not everybody gets this treatment, it was just that they new it was going to be my birthday while i was staying this time, and they made it realy special.on the actual day they made me a cake (thank you reda xxxx) danced round tables and sang songs to me in spectacular fashion, it was brilliant, thank you everyone for making it so special.
I feel that i must tell everyone that the new manager (mr hakim) has made some really good changes, as a regular visitor i couldnt believe all the changes this time, a new massage tent on the beach, a new beach bar, lots of new palm trees planted, a new entrance(gardens and floors) re-upholstered furniture and sunbeds, windbreakers on the beach, opened up the top pool bar, new bar in the fatoush roof terrace, all of it is fantastic, but the biggest change by far is the food quality, cooked fresh everyday, better cuts of meat and fish and the blue fish resturant decor is so lovely as are the staff(george and garrah the chatterbox) (rafatt, thanks for cooking my breakfast everyday) fahty for making my tea, and hamada for keeping the drinks coming, mr Adel, food and bev manager, has a great team of staff in all hisbars and resturants and was the most improved thing that i saw this visit, keep up all the good work everyone and as they all know i will be returning in october with all my family, so i will be very confident that they will have as good a time as i always do when i visit, and look foward to seeing all the other new changes that mr hakim will be making.
Anyone who has any doubts about weather they should visit this hotel should forget the doubts and just go and make up your own mind, believe me, you will not be disappionted, you will be greeted with the most warm, freindly and happy staff any hotel could have. Well done to all of you, and see you in october.

I was advised to visit the hotel by my daughter who has spent time working there. The hotel exceeded my expectations as the resort was to a very high standard. It offered good customer service, comfortable surroundings - the hotel was situated right on the beach - and a friendly environment. The food was very good BUT repetitive. The main downfall to the hotel is how isolated it is. Being situated about an hours drive from any towns, shops or nightlife, but it is definitely worth a stay if your looking to unwind and relax.

The hotel has improved every time we go back such as the restaurants by Mohamed Ahmed has done a great job. The staff is very friendly and we have never had a problem with them. The food is very good as we have never had a problem with it. The beach has always been kept clean and tidy. There is always improvements every time we go back by Abdel Hakim El Nahry (GM).

Every time we go back our rooms are of satisfaction and we have never had a problem with any we have been placed in.

We thank all the staff for making our holiday and an enjoyable one AGAIN.

All our love Mr and Mrs Goss xx

Having read previous reviews of this hotel we were very pleased to find these quite wrong. Although advertised as a 5 star hotel would class it as 4 star, but the service from all staff really was 5 star. Being English was definately a bonus, the egyptions really love the brits and treated us as queens, nothing was to much trouble. The recreation team were wonderful, each day they kept sunbeds for us supplied us with new towels daily and rolled a towel and placed it as a pillow, after lunch the towels were changed for clean ones, a vase of freshly picked flowers were put on the table at the side of the sunbeds daily. The surrounding Russions were very jealous of the service we received as they got old scruffy towels which they had to collect themselves.
The animation team were very entertaining and very friendly and always very helpful.
The rooms were quite large with plenty of storage space and very good air conditioning. The rooms were very clean with towels and bedding changed daily and towels arranged in the shape of palm trees on the beds, the lad who cleaned the room was very polite and helpful.
The food was excellent, we ate daily at the Blue Fish, which appeared to be for only british customers. Omlettes were cooked freshfor breakfast and you chose what want in them, there was also a huge selection of breads, cooked breakfast, cerials, pancakes etc etc. Dinner was also served here, a choice of steak, chicken breast, fish, kebabs all cooked to order and a good selection of vegetables, potatoes, salad etc.The sweet selaction was amazing, freshly baked cakes, fruit tarts, plenty of fresh fruit salads, and good wine. The staff were very entertaining and extremely helpful.
Lunch was in the resturant near reception and catered for all nationalities and was ok.
The reception staff were also very good and helpful.
As the hotel is so far from anywhere there is nowhere to go except on organised trips.
The holiday was very relaxing and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a restful time.
