Just wanted to say a big thanks. Everyone was very supportive of our large group and willing to work with us on our budget and accommodations. Thank you front desk and staff (Sudipta). It could have been cleaner but the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

First of all, i stayed here for a day - checked in at night and checked out next day as i had to travel further. Thank God for that.

The room had a kind of stinky air about it and the bathroom fittings were not working properly. But this can be ignored for time being. (Though for over 2000 bucks this was unacceptable).

The worst sham is their complimentary breakfast buffet which they serve in their restaurant called 512 or something like that.

Well after a average sleep, i turned up next morning for breakfast and imagine, there was no restaurant. Instead a big hall, with a table laid out in center and few cheap plastic chairs around. On table lay stale idlis and stone-like paranthas. It was disgusting frankly. It was like some langar for refugees. I chose to had a idli but then left it mid-way.

This is a shady place.

Though one good thing, perhaps the only good thing, wi-fi was good.

One word - grossly overpriced. But a good deal if you can land a room for 500 bucks in this which ofcourse not possible, because the room staryts with 1800 or so.... so you can imagine what a non-value for money this place is.

And what's with the name - Kukreja, Mandakini, Jaya, such a long name.... anyways who cares.

I was on an official visit to Hyderabad and stayed in this hotel for 13 Days (3-Feb-14 to 15-Feb-14). The room was neat & clean. Superb house keeping staff to keep the room fresh everyday. Staff too was very good,My heartiest thanks to Mr. Gajendra who is a service oriented guy. Their food is very good. Everything is A+. Location is in Center of city and every place is conveniently approachable from here. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next trip to Hyderabad.

Me, Mom and Dad stayed in this hotel for 5 days for Hyderabad trip (24 January, 2014 to 28 January, 2014) and I find there is not much that this hotel can offer you. When the room service guy opened the door for us there was a janitor woman happily sitting on our bed and enjoying the TV. Just imagine when you open your house after an outing to find a total stranger sitting on your couch and watching your TV???
The room looked quite average without much decorations and the AC was not sufficiently cool enough for the room. For our luck, since it was in January, the climate was pleasant all day.
There is a complimentary breakfast with quite a few options but they were not as tasty as you would get in the roadside restaurants. There was even an instance when a rodent ran just across the dining hall making a woman scream! For getting the real taste of Andhra cuisine, I would advise you to go for the latter. Hyderabad biriyani, Irani chai and Andhra thaali are a must to try!!!
There appeared to be a travel service in the hotel but since we had booked our tour from a travel agency, I don't know how rodent infested it is.
There are two elevators in this hotel and one of them looked quite old with indicators broken.
Our special orders (like an extra pillow and bed etc) were carried out efficiently and the room service was also nice. But I advise you to keep away from leaving your valuable in your room while you are away.

Room Tip: Choose a room where the balcony faces the front.

I have stayed in this hotel with family for four three nights and four days.

Pros :
Nice location.
Breakfast is good.
Large rooms.

Cons
Front desk manager was very rude.

I stayed in this hotel. On the last day while checkout manager asked me for extra 1200 Rs.

While checking in I discussed about room tariff with someone else available at reception and booked the hotel.

While checking out I found a different person and he said the person who offered a tariff to me is a junior staff.

He is not aware of the tariff. Room rates are higher than what is offered to me .

This all he was discussing on the fourth day. I was surprised and felt very bad.

This is simply unprofessional. The way he was speaking was really rude. Really not acceptable.
