I am generally very hesitant to write negative remarks about anything, but this experience I thought I should write something as I want to give a caution to whoever choose to look at this option and also for the stake holders of this hotel to be aware that if they dont do something, this hotel will only be good for a person who belongs to a slum. The lobby is the only good thing about this hotel and one would be glad when you walk in thinking that we got a reasonable deal for the money you paid. The reception is full of moron faces with very poor receptiveness and service. I was given room no 312 first. I walked in and went straight to the restroom and found a procession of ants welcoming me!!! Then when I reached the bedroom I saw someone has already occupied this room who has left their bags in the room!!!! So how did my key work!!!!!???? I then got the reception involved and got the room changed. All the lights in the room except 2 dim bulbs didnot work giving a very sombre ambience. The mess did not end there, the bathroom is the worse. The inner edges of the wash basin is dirty, the closet is very badly maintained, all taps, shower etc looks ugly with limescales, bath tub has yellow patches, a basic amenity available nowadays everywhere like a toilet handheld shower is not there making life difficult. I used the lobby toilet once and when flushed, the water overflowed outside the closet leaving my bag wet. Thank goodness that it was waterproof and my laptop is safe. The next few days, the room service is utmost poor that they have not replaced towels which I only realised after my shower and I had to use the hand towel. I only had breakfast from this hotel and the buffet table where coffee and tea are kept is full of dirty patches with coffee dispenser operated using a fork!!!! My advice to everyone is please do not stay in this hotel unless you want to make the person who drops you at the hotel feel that you stay in a big hotel that is an utter false impression created by the glory of the lobby and front desk. To the authorities, I want to request you to close this down, do a rennovation of your rooms, healthclub and pool - the hotel has a good scope if this is done due to its location and the basic structure that you have built already - and then open to the guests. I am still in the hotel whilst I am writing this review waiting for one more day to go for my stay to end to go back to my sweethome where I have much better bedroom and a toilet!!!!
