Room Tip: i think ground floor and the round bed suit room is d best.

Pros:
1. Very conveniently located near the beach
2. Very courteous staff (specially Reception Staff Mr. Josaph & Miss Reema very cooperative)
3. Excellent for families as Suite room, room was clean
4. Swimming Pool and Recreation
5. Pretty good Breakfast
6. Lot of restaurants, grocery stores nearby

Could hardly find any. Sometimes find service bit slow but I think its more to do with culture of the city (feel Relax!).

Room Tip: No comments.. overall very good

We stayed at this property for 11 nights. It is an average hotel resort in Candolim. Good very poor rooms, good place. The breakfast in hotel was very poor. We could not eating eggs everyday and bread too. The swimming pool is yet to be desired, it is dirty everyday, and only gets cleaned if you tell a member of staff to clean it, even then it is only cleaned by a net, there is no pump or anything! I would like to tell you about Joseph D'souza. He work in the hotel long time. His face is always kind and well-wishing. He often smiles and he’s always optimistic. He very helpful to all the guest and all the front office stay are very polite.. and helpfull. I am sure he very love your work. Is good and testy with limited options ;-), Overall Good 3* Resort in Budget Hotel Cost,,,,, Really value for money Resort .....

Stayed with wife for four days. Suites are nice. Some of the deluxe rooms are used by smokers. Staff is very helpful. Nice shops close by. Need to improve the TV reception. Bar is well stocked. Breakfast is average.

Room Tip: Avoid a room which has been used by a smoker. Suites atr spacious.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. The room was beautiful—spacious, airy, clean. As we had opted for the meal+accommodation plan, we were entitled to breakfast and dinner. The food was really sumptuous. The breakfast had Indian as well as European food. They provided a watermelon juice with breakfast that had a tremendous cleansing effect, and was awesome to taste! Dinner was good too, with quite a variety to choose from. There were 2 salads, soup, dal, 1 vegetable, rice, roti/naan, 2 chicken dishes and 1 dessert everyday. We got a little tired of eating chicken every night though! Wish the management would include some fish in the buffet, at least twice a week. Having said that, I must also point out, that fish in Goa, as a norm, is expensive. The hotel arranged for a live musical night along with a la carte barbecue on Friday. We enjoyed lobster and prawns for dinner that night, for which we were charged reasonably. Chef Umakantha and his team did a commendable job, as always.

Room Tip: Try to select rooms in the first building. Higher floors are better.
