There is a security guard posted 24 hours a day outside so you can have peace of mind about your things. The entrance / lounge area is huge and impressive. Each bedroom is well sized and the bathrooms are great. The roof terrace offers a spectacular view of the sunsets, glimpsed through lovely coconut trees.
It is a 2 minute walk to Candolim Beach, which has lots of bars and restaurants, nice sand, and a sea you can swim in. The bars play some terrible music, but overall are ok.
You can walk to the main town in 5 minutes which has everything you could need.
Truely the most spectacular property in the whole of Goa! It is bang on the Candolim beach..done up in blue and white; we could'nt have asked for a better place for our family reunion!!
Also it is priced so well, i think because it doesn't have a private pool; but it has a private beach (figuratively speaking!!); plus being a heritage property, only one bedroom has an attached bathroom, the other two bathrooms are downstairs...for our family that was'nt an issue!
We loved it and will love to stay again!!
