The room looks like a condominium (very modern, classy, design and style is impressive). The washroom is great. Our room was fairly clean. There is great variety and choice for breakfast items. The one disappointing experience at this hotel was that there was a mouse in the computer/business room. Also it was very noisy outside due to the location of the hotel - right off a main road. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay, although expensive.

Room Tip: find a room on the other side of the road so its quieter

Guys please avoid this hotel. I stayed there for a night. I was on a business trip and due to Vibrant Gujarat summit, Taj, Fortune etc had no availability. The sales representative of this hotel called me after I called justdial to ask for number of hotels nearby airport. (this shows justdial's careless sharing of information we look for). Anyway, the sales rep. offered the hotel for Rs.1000 more than its usual rates (which is around Rs. 3500). But the service was just poor. I called for bath gel but got none. At check-in I asked the front desk for wake-up call but surprisingly none called. Staff didn't look to have been trained well. Overall service quality was below average. I dont blame staff but the hotel management doesn't seem keen to focus on service quality.

We took a package through an online offer on the hotel website. The hotel agreed to arrange for a pick up from railway station early morning even though they normally don't.

The location is good, close to airport and yet barely 15 minute auto drive to places like CG road. Its very easy to get an auto just outside the hotel. Some people may find it noisy since its right on the road, but we did not have a problem likely since our room was on a higher floor.

Overall service is good. Restaurant staff is very accommodating. Some of the front desk staff is very good at guiding with local sightseeing and commute.

Food is not exceptional but good. You can get decent snacks even if you miss lunch. Breakfast variety is average for this class of hotel.

However wifi is very expensive, though free internet access is available on pcs near front desk.

Superior rooms are decent size and look modern though you might find some corners where upkeep is lacking.

well furnished comfortable rooms.the quality of service speaks for itself. centrally located, provides convenient travel to any part of city. staff goes out of the way to to accomodate your requirement. however, they need to improve their menu.

Room Tip: rooms facing away from the road are quieter.

The only thing that was good here was food and thats it. I dont recommend this hotel to families, or foreigners. Its probably just good for local businessmen but there are better hotels than this one in Ahmedabad......so easily avoidable hotel.

Here is worst part of this hotel -
1) No kid activities - ZERO!
2) Room service is below average - I was given room on first day that had dirty sheets, towels and had to ask them to clear the same and was given one towel for 3 members.....stupid is nt it? Had to ask again for additional towels.
3) The blaket was dirty - worst than you can expect in 3 AC railway - called to replace that and i was given a replacement worse than that.....horrible. Went to reception to make them understand....
4) Food is average-to-good....but very limited options in buffet....but one can survive on it. So wont complain about it. The cutlery and utelcils are age old.....any 3 star hotel would have better sets than these. They are of 'barat' standard - typically you see them in average township marriages (supplied by tent wallahs- amusing that was....).
Tea at breakfast was worst - tea will have oil/fat floating on top.....and yuk!! We ordered coffee and it was served cold at morning breakfast.....service sucks! 8 of 10 items you get at breakfast are same.....dinner buffet is not worth it.....limited choices.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms on left-front side of hotel (above reception) - there could be more so be careful - they...

This was my 3rd business trip to ahmedabad and this time I could not get the reservations early for my regular hotel. So I had my agent booking a room in the Metropole.

The hotel is nicely located near the RTO circle , one of the busiest areas of the city. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. Nothing fancy available at the hotel but the basic facitlites were world class. YOu can give a pass to the restaurant as the street side vendors sell nice Gujarati theplas. But overall the hotel was charming and i would like to come back.
