Similar Hotels Staff DON'T have BUT here in this hotel, right from the beginning I noticed nice attitude with smile on everyone's face. Great Sense Of Humour of everyone is a asset

Rooms are quite big with comfy bed

I found towels had a yellowish color which.was a turn off point BUT then smile on everyone's face made me ignore

Buffet dinner is OK, not that great. Reception told me it's Rs. 1,200 but bill came as Rs. 1,848 ... I told off the restaurant manager who is going to reduce it to Rs. 1,100

Nothing is close by and on back side of the hotel, there are rickshaws outside.

I will definitely stay here again

Stayed here for 5 nights for business trip. The best thing about the property is the staff, their behaviour, customer-friendly attitude, and readiness to hear and help.

Check-in was quick, room was spacious and clean, food was great. Though the menu is little limited but i managed to get something good for all five nights, thanks to staff from room dining and the chefs.

And what made this visit most pleasant was Vinod from Brew Bar. Undoubtedly, among the best hotel staff i have ever come across. Made the stay even more special and enjoyed his hospitality. Big thanks to him.

Look forward to another visit to the property, as and when possible.

Room Tip: Must try a cocktail at Brew Bar

I had a very comfortable stay in Radisson. Complimentary breakfast was good and so was dinner. Net, overall food quality was very good. I will definitely want to re-visit and strongly recommend to others.

This hotel changed from Country Inn brand to Radisson. Unfortunatelly the standard offered in terms of cleaness and service are not as Radisson standard.
Luckly price level is not changed.
Food in Cafetteria on lower side.
