“Great Property & Excellent Service”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

The property offered us great view of snow clad mountains. Pick the balcony view rooms for the wonderful view. The restaurant staff are too good with their customer service. The food served in the restaurant is really good. The hotel location is good...10 min away from the mall road.

Room Tip: Balcony Room on the 3rd floor

When we had visited this hotel it was called Ambassador Resorts in 2007. We had stayed here for 6 nights in month of March. Had booked a balcony room overlooking the Beas river. The location of the hotel is on a very steep slope and at some distance from the market. Its very close to spring water area. Nice huge rooms, excellent view of the snow capped mountains and beas river frozen and a small stream flowing down. The balcony rooms are huge in size, compared to garden rooms. We couldn't enjoy the outdoor activities of the hotel at that point of time, since it was snowing on everyday basis. All rooms have wooden flooring and temperature is very well maintained within the hotel premises. The food was awesome and me and my wife still remember the kind of roti's we were served along with chicken dish for dinner. We even remember the size and quantity of paratha's that were served for breakfast, which was delivered to our room. We had a look at the suite one day and it was just mind blowing.

Nice overall experience and worth suggesting and going there again in the near future to enjoy the activities which have come up in the last few years.

Room Tip: Worth a visit and stay at this place during the month of February and March. Balcony rooms on the 1s...
