Nice views from the terrace in the restaurant. Food expensive but tasty. The castle was beautiful and it made for a lunch.

The Architect, interior & exterior , old furniture, thick walls, restaurant, surroundings.
Heritage hotel run by HP Tourism which was once a medieval castle built by Raja Sidh Singh of Kullu around 1460 A.D
Spacious rooms with TV and modern amenities
Restaurant serving Indian, Continental, Chinese and Himachali cuisines
Recommended for off-beat and heritage travelers to Naggar
Naggar Castle is an inbound centric mid-segment heritage type hotel at Naggar (Himachal Pradesh) 14 kms from Manali
For a heritage site this property should have been maintained better. Exposed CFL tubes used in the patios, Enamel paint finish on raw doors and an open dump when you walk down really dampen the beauty of this place.
Not worth the trip, I don't even know what the attraction here is? The 'museum' is a solitary room in the basement with a wax dolls in it with no distinct theme tying it together.
Naggar Castle is basically a hotel and restaurant and looking at the menu, chow mein, probably not a very good one.
The Himachal tourism has a hotel attached/inside the Castle. The food served was good and well prepared but took too much time to serve. The view and ambiance of the hotel overlooking the Beas river flow into the valley was pleasant.
