Had opted for the annex rooms which are half the rate of the normal rooms. But was surprised to find excellent rooms, well cleaned bedding and functional AC, Geyser, Wi-Fi etc..
Complimentary breakfast was decent & staff was reasonably courteous.
Only small issue was that there was a traffic jam on the Varthur road at 8 am, leading to minor disturbance in sleep.
Locaiton is excellent, you can catch the 500 or 335 volvo's from spice garden and can go allmost anywhere in Bangalore.

I had booked for 2 days in the Belair Annex. room which was half the price of the normal rooms. Given, the price difference i was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms & sheets were immaculately clean and the staff was reasonably compliant. there were a few hiccups with the water and the sink, but both were fixed with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The location is excellent, right next to marahathalli bridge and well connected by volvo busses. The only minor issue is that 8 to 8:30 AM you can hear the traffic, but not very disturbing.

Room Tip: Ask for the Annex rooms, they are very cheap and good value for money.

Hotel Belair is a regular business hotel which caters to people travelling on business trips or for short stays. Located in a small bylane, it is slightly cramped for space. Although many Bangalore hotels fall in the same caregory. The restaurant is average as is the service. There is a Pizza hut next door, which is a better option. The rooms are small and with very basic facilities in the economy room. Overall, go there if u r really out of options.

This was a one odd day visit to Bengaluru. One of the best locations without any doubt with easy access to most other places. Nothing really special but nothing negative too. The food could have been better and the funda of not letting guests dine in the open air due to some party didnt really go well with a lot of us. Apart from that good clean rooms, nice sitout to each room and a helpful and warm staff.

I stayed at Belair for the night of 28th Jan, 2013. The location is very good in central marathahalli. There are hospitals, shops, medicine stores, restaurants and bars very close to this hotel. The hotel has ample parking space. Ventilation and open space inside the hotel is good. The rooms are clean but small. Toilet is clean but fixtures show age. Breakfast which was part of the package was a disappointment. Staff was mostly helpful.
Location is the biggest attraction for this hotel.
