While it's located next to Total Mall, it's still in a dodgy alley way with a terrible road. Pretty deceptive from pictures online - leaves you feeling underwhelmed. Staff barely speak English and can be rude sometimes. For some reason, strict on how many people you have in your room at once. Terrible view, slow internet, no dining services. Avoid this place.

Location
Excellent location. The hotel is located next to Total mall almost on the main road in murugeshpalya.
Rooms
This is an apartment kind of setup with one guest room and a bedroom. They do have a mini refrigerator. Most of the rooms have a balcony but the view from the balcony is not very exciting. And some of them open to the Total mall's side and the others to a parking lot. Few of the rooms look very old and the AC won't be in good condition. Make sure you get the good ones. The rooms are very big which gives you ample space to move around.
Service
The receptionist and manager Mr. Kanniah is a very kind and helpful gentleman. The room service is also good. They are very keen on helping you. Even if you need a tooth brush they will get it for you from outside (i got one bought). They also get you food from Dominos, Hydrebadi biriyani and other adjacent restaurants to your room.
Facilities
They have a roof top dining area which used to be good but now they have modified it and made it very small and unattractive place. Free wi-fi is available. they also have a parking area in the basement incase you are planning to bring your car. But theres space for 2 casr max and few bikes.
Complementary breakfast is not so great. If you are looking pocket friendly hotels, this is the place.

Good rooms, great ambience of the Shiv Mandir from the Balcony and great concept of having a living room for the business meetings. I strongly recommend this place.

Shortcomings: They should be more proactive in replacing the linen which at times leave much to desire.
