I stayed there with a few of my corporate friends... Ahhh.. the service Sucks big time!!!!

I never saw a smile on any of the staff's faces.. My be they were overworked and underpaid... :D

Better look for some other hotel if you need better customer service...

We stayed in the Canary Sapphire earlier this month for a weekend trip in Bangalore. We had four rooms, each with a strange funky smell to them (maybe because they were smoking rooms? We weren't given a choice in smoking/nonsmoking--we ended up going to an aromas store across from the Biere Club in order to buy candles/sprays to combat the smell of the rooms), no wifi (which was supposedly free, but the front desk kept giving us cards with codes for the wifi that came up as invalid until they gave up and told us we could pay for it if we wanted--what?), and terrible acoustics, such that any time anyone in the ground floor lobby spoke loudly, it sounded in a second floor room like someone was talking to you from your own bathroom. This probably is just because everything is tiled--there is no carpeting to deaden noise, which makes for a rough night of sleep. The rooms are very spartan--the bed is a futon type bed, and the bathrooms are granite showers.

The staff was moderately friendly (although not particularly helpful, in particular with the "free wifi"), but inexplicably would shove little "Complimentary Breakfast" passes under each of our doors, with our names and room numbers written on them, every morning. When we tried to use the passes the first morning, a hotel staff member intercepted us and told us those were shoved under our doors by mistake (I guess the mistake was made prior to them handwriting our names on them), and that we could certainly pay for breakfast. We took a quick look through the buffet area and declined. At the time, we thought it was weird--if it was a mistake, it's a mistake, but maybe because it was your mistake, you should go ahead and honor it anyway--but then IT HAPPENED AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING. I guess someone on an early shift didn't get the memo that they shouldn't be offering us complimentary croissants?

Altogether, this isn't a hotel I'd stay in again. It was decent enough for a short stay, but we were all very glad to leave.

It has nice rooms at affordable rates. I had booked from Agoda but found out the discount offered by Agoda could also be got if I had approched the Hotel directly. We had booked 2 double room for 2 families. The rooms are clean and are maintained well. The coffee/tea maker, was of good help. The restaurant at the ground floor has very good food.

My parents and I had seen this hotel through agoda and decided to contact the management. The airport pick up and subsequent checking into (we landed from doha) was also ok. But we suspect the cleaning staff of having stolen some expensive Lindt bars that were bought from duty free because by the time we checked our luggage and belongings, it was nowhere to be found.
The room was quite good and comfortable, but the bathroom was rather tiny and hot water was inconsistent.Even the Wifi was not complimentary though it was advertised otherwise.you have to pay 50/- for one hour and 200 rupees for the entire day. Overall the stay in this hotel was good but you have to be VERY careful with your belongings and double check them before you leave the hotel!

Dear Guest
Thank you for sharing your experiences with us during your recent visit to the hotel.

As with any feedback, we do review the contents with positive intent to take remedial actions as quickly as possible should a guest point out areas in which they felt we were not quite up to the mark.

With regards to the missing Lindh (Chocolate) bars we are sorry for that. I did inquire with my staff regarding that and found that u have never bought this matter to our notice during your 3 nite stay with us. Know after a good six months u have bought this matter to managements notice through Trip Advisor though u could have taken it up with us during your stay or through Mail. Security is of utmost importance in our business and let me assure that we have ensured proper steps have been put in place so as to avoid such issues.

I will definitely review the feedback you have given and work on corrective improvements if needed.

We do hope that you will return to the hotel in the near future and thank you again for your constructive comments that we will take forward appropriately.

Thank you
Best regards
Firoz khan

Nice luxury rooms for very affordable rates and very clean good service from staffs and good restaurant as well quick service loved the stay here... definitely a recommendation from my side...
best part is the money is valued here... the hotel is located in a very busy street and very close to the majestic bus stand and also city railway station, good places to shop or eat around that area in case you don't prefer to eat in the restaurant of the hotel.
