Visit: 15/11/2012 to 17/11/2012

This is a very affordable hotel with alright services. I visit Bengaluru often and this is the place where I always stay.

I usually stay in Room no. 408 which is a suite type room. The rooms are very spacious the hotel provides fresh towels and bed-sheet everyday. Also, this is a perfect room if you are expecting Business guests. The bedroom and living area are in two different rooms so enough privacy. The living room has very comfortable Sofas and centertable, LCD and a workdesk. The bedroom has a good bed and working desk. The bathroom is very spacious as well with a tub. There is a small problem though. The room have just a couple of electric points which can be a bit of problem for those who have mobile, tabs and laptops to use and charge at night.

It is being renovated a bit so at the moment it doesnt have a working kitchen. But, the staff will get you food from outside. Also, Sukhsagar restaurant is literally next door so food is not an issue at all. It is right in marketplace so you can shop around. There is a huge bookstore nextdoor. For booklovers this place is the best place to stay.

The manager Raghu is a very smart and good man. He remembered me and as soon I checked in, asked one of the staff to make sure there is an extra towel and napkin in my room as I want it. It is these small things which makes this a good place to stay.

Room Tip: Go for room no. 408. It is excellent.

i stayed here as i had to appear for an examination. after reading some reviews, i booked the hotel. it was an average hotel having spacious rooms. but the bathroom was not much good. the hotel is on the second floor of some market. the food is served on the top of the hotel which seems to be shelter for refugees.hotel can define it hospitality but seems that the staff serving breakfast want to say "you have completed quota of free food..now get lost" seems that they are calculating that how much you are eating.room service was also poor called for several times for drinking water so at last i decided to bring water bottles from market. the staff at reception desk was a little bit helpful. wi fi is limited upto lobby(at first floor) not in rooms (above first floor). at last i would say this hotel is better only if you have to stay for one or two days.

Despite telephoning from Canada to confirm a 4:00 AM arrival, the hotel staff on duty had no clue, were all asleep and gave me a room that was a joke - dirty, noisy, sheets were not clean. They did upgrade to a better room although one staff member who showed me several rooms tried to upcharge a better room by 50%. Virtually no-one can find this hotel - it is extremely noisy and the rooftop garden restaurant for a buffet breakfast looks like a homeless shelter soupkitchen. On my return to Bangalore I found a far superior, clean modern hotel at roughly the same price.
