The room has space but the air conditioning smelt. Last night the dinner at Indian Affairs was a nightmare. There was some celebration at the swimmingpool with music at incredible high volume, The restaurant was plenty of smoke and we don't receive the food ordered. We wait for a long time and we paid a lot of money. Before leaving the hotel at midnight, having paid the extra hours as a full day ( breakfast included), we have discovered that we don't have the booked taxi to the airport.
Something must be improved toghether with the operator English language understanding.

Went there for a conference and it was ok. Nothing special. The room that we were in for the conference wasn't really the best one. The ceiling was low and that made the place really dark. And there was a faint smell of the damp carpet.

The service in the evening during dinner, very average. There was pass around food, but I could never get my hand on to it. The service staff just remained in the back end of the ball room and didn't come up front.

I am a frequent traveler to Bangalore. This was my first stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. It is near the Richmond circle, opposite Bangalore Club and quite a new property. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Room service is prompt and food is good. Clean and with a nice view to the pool below.
Breakfast is complimentary (at least as per my company's agreement with the hotel :) ). It is a sumptuous spread. Only the staff at the breakfast could be more responsive. Otherwise perfect...

First time to India?
Be sure to book the hotel's transportation from the airport arrival. They will find you and make sure you have all the things you need including bottled water ready for you at the taxi.
The rooms are immaculate and the service all around from housekeeping to restaurants to frontdesk are absolutely amazing with the most courteous and sincere service I have ever experienced the world around.
They are a privately run group as I have learned and the staff make every effort to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to all my friends going to India -especially for the first time.

The hotel is good, located is a fairly good place, bang opposite the Bangalore club. The hotel was convienient for me because we have our office 2 buildings away.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well equiped with all facilities.
The bathroom is wonderful, with all the amenities you need.
Internet speed at the room was also good enough.
The only things that was discouraging about the hotel was the food and the people at the restaurant. People at the restaurant were not bothered to help, the breakfast had a long wait for certain foods to be replimished. At the night the dinner was bad, they mentioned alec-cart but still we could only order fixed menu.

But all in all the hotel is good

This is a good option in the city of Bangalore. The rooms in this hotel are pretty large compared to many five star hotels. The Breakfast is decent not the best. What I like about this hotel is the location its pretty close to everything in the centre of Bangalore.
Not the best hotel if you looking for a relaxation break as the hotel inside doesn't offer much. The pool and gym area are very average probably just there for name sake. The rooms on the other hand are decent and comfortable clean toilets and bathrooms. A good option for those looking to travel on budget.

On the whole an average hotel. Service staff are cordial but lack polish and common sense when compared to other 5 star hotels. Housekeeping services lacked coordination from one shift to the next. One the the hotel room irons (real cheap trash that you can buy in a flea market) had black soot marks which ruined one of my shirts that i was supposed to wear for a wedding. The hotel management didnt give a damm. On other issues, many of the room fittings, curtains, bathrooms etc seem old and tacky. And how about a toilet roll that is just one long roll of paper without score marks....yuck !havent seen those even in 1 star hotels. Plus the diwali fireworks and loud music noise. I guess all guests are obliged have ear pounding music being forced on them way past 2 in the morning. Dont stay here !
