I have stayed in Nandhini hotels at Jayanagar and RT Nagar . The room service is good, accommodation is OK, and location is decent but invariably the front-office staff led by their general managers are rude or indifferent, spoiling our entire stay/comfort. They don't want to listen to your complaints, they don't give bills while checking out and they don't even give you the complaint register if you want to write down one... they act as if they own the hotel and don't care about the reputation.
Seriously if the management can stop this attitude and culture of their front-office staff, Nandhini can move to the next higher level - is this something big I am asking for ? Just go through other reviews and the top management can notice it is a common complaint.
With my sincere apologies to other hard working staff, I do not wish to recommend this hotel 'cos if there is no responsible person to listen to your complaints, there is not point in staying there.More
