No wi fi as promised in room but can connect by standing in front of receptionist. No guarantee it will connect. A friend came to meet and left in 10 min and hotel manager charged Rs. 500 saying extra person. Dirty bed sheets, unhygienic toilets in yellow colour, no door handles, no hot water. Only way to open door is push from outside. Cunning staff. Loot money on some pretext. STAY AWAY. Most dirty entrance. Not worth of half the price. Only location advantage but many hotels in that area so better stay away.

Room Tip: Completely avoid

I stayed with friends for a weekend at this place. The rooms where big, but not clean, the bed sheets looked disgusting! Our AC was not working properly and we didn't have warm water.
Our friends in other rooms also didn't have warm water.
Location is excellent, 2 min to Brigade Rd., but you should find another place to stay...
Hotel has 24 h check-in.

We had the misfortune of staying at the Maya "International" on July 23, 2012. Bugs everywhere in the bathroom. Dingy old rooms with tired furniture and poor beds. We went there to get a hot shower and good nights sleep prior to flying to USA. No hot water and our A/C was so poor it was cooler outside than it was in our room. We spoke to management on way out for dinner, who promptly sent a very young lad up. On return were told it was running cold. It was a terrible night and no one slept. It is cheap but really bad. Not worth the savings!
