I did this trek with my parents. A very easy trek of 450 steps which takes around 10-15mins to reach on top. It's completely worth the walk.

Lovely drive to the top, but could not climb to the peak. Wind is very strong. The government should put some fencing along the path to the top.

Magnificent view of the valley and nearby hills. Excellent climate while we went in June due to the mist and rain. Cold wind was adding to the enjoyment. Being the highest peak in Karnataka, it is accessible by four wheeler. But care should bw taken while driving. Very narrow roads and hairpin bends are very tricky, hence better to hire a rental vehicle from Seethalayyanagiri area
