Lovely boutique accommodation extremely well located in Fort Kochi. Very pleasant garden setting with all the accommodation scattered around the garden so it was private and didn't feel too large, and the hosts were very accommodating. The hotel had an artistic quirky feel to it. Lovely room, large, air con good. Quite pared back in style which we liked. Bed comfortable, linen fine, bathroom adequate. It felt secure. Breakfast in an appealing upstairs open dining room will fresh food, good choice and very nice hospitality. Everything at your door stop to explore the area.

Room Tip: A back room is more private

This place is quite charming with outside seating. We stayed in a cottage which was spotless. Although the staff are nice they are sometimes quite hard to find. Wifi is also limited 10am to 10pm.
We would stay again but only is sonnetta's across the road was full!!
The breakfast was the best part at Waltons.

We stayed at Walton's a few weeks back and had a wonderful time. Walton and his wife were very lovely, the rooms were clean and charming, and the location was very convenient. The atmosphere was great, as Walton tends to attract nice people. Wifi was a little spotty but that's part of being in India. Walton even gave us a book as a gift before we left. Would highly recommend this home stay.

Mr Walton was extremely helpful and friendly. Pinpointing key attractions on a useful, handwritten map of Kochi upon check-in. The room we had (ground floor) was very clean, and bright. Good bed, TV, wardrobe and bedside cabinets and air-con (optional for an extra charge). Bathroom was clean, with a powerful shower. Toilet, and basin with mirror and towels. A small porch, with chairs looking onto courtyard garden. Breakfast was good value, with a choice of fruit, toast (jam and butter) and eggs cooked to your liking. Breakfast served in a large room with communal tables. Lovely, period property.

Mr Walton and his daughter made us very welcome in this beautiful homestay and were extremely helpful in answering questions and making suggestions about plans and arrangements. Centrally located in the old town, it was a peaceful haven with a lovely garden courtyard and a balcony to relax on during the heat of the day. The room was large with a good bathroom attached, and attractive wooden furniture. Breakfast was good and we were well looked after by everyone working there.
