I visited the 14th Avenue restaurant on a Sunday evening at around 1900 hrs with my family. To my amazement we were the only people in that restaurant at that time.Quite suprising since we had passed may other restaurants that time and found them to be choc-a-block. However when we arrived there was no one visible in the dining are and we helped ourselves to a corner seat. Soon afterwards a waiter came and took our orders. They do not serve water like other restaurants. You have to ask for it, or chose to pay twice the rate for a bottle of bottled water kept on the table. We had ordered for two similar items and after a long wait, only one was served. Then we had to tell him that we had ordered two plates and then he took another ten minutes to bring the same.

Though the menu boasted of a number of soft drinks/juices only one particular brand of canned soft drink was available and that too at 2 and a half time its printed MRP. We had ordered for a grilled chicken burger each which came with fries and cole slaw. The fries and cole slaw were exceptionally tasty, particularly the cole slaw , but the burger was a tad disappointment, I mean bland for our palate. We ordered two different desserts (apple pie and rich chocolate cake) with vanilla ice-cream. Though the desserts were very tasty the vanilla ice-cream was un-edible due to its synthetic taste. And just like the fries and cole slaw the desserts were tasty but awfully small portions considering the amount they charge.

The restaurant was situated on the main road and it is converted from a residence into a restaurant. Though the food is good, the prices are astronomical and the portions ridiculously small for a stand-alone restaurant this size. The lack of patrons can be attributed to this fact and may be partly to the kind of mish mash they pass on as piped music.
