Very small museum. Entry fee is Rs. 20/-. All history was neatly written near all displays. Go and enjoy if you like history.

We had an interesting visit to Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace. There were various influences on this building as Kochi changed hands between different colonial powers. These are all seen in the palace, the Dutch having the biggest influence on how it looks today, hence the name Dutch Palce. There are even Hindu influence in the form of small temples around the structure. I wouldn't say it is the most interesting place in Kochi but definitely part of the incredible history of the area and a must visit.

An interesting building with lots of murals. You are not allowed to take photos. It gets quite hot in here unless you are stood right next to one of the many fans.
