The hotel is situated in a narrow lane. They have two properties now - the old and the new. The new looks better, but is always fully booked. I stayed at the old property which is a couple of blocks away from the new one. The interiors are poor and the hotel looks like it's an apartment complex.
Some of the rooms were recently refurbished so they are decent. The one I stayed in was one of them. If you stay in a room with a king-size bed, it can be a little crampy. The mattress is very comfortable and you have all the basic amenities. The sleep quality if good and there is hardly any ambient noise within the hotel. I ordered the continental breakfast and it was tasty. They take quite a while to prepare the food. You can have your breakfast served in your room, which is convenient for families or business travellers.
The service is very poor. Check-out can take a while so complete it at least half an hour in advance if you have a train or a flight to catch. The front-desk staff are discourteous and a couple of them are rude and snappy.
Overall, the experience was average. But they have to improve a lot on the service quality of their staff.
