“Luxury Overlooking The Arabian Sea”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 October 2013

The room rate was £37pn and the room was large luxurious and a stones throw away from the sea, A 10 minute walk along the cliff top and past the shops with Eagles hovering above you. Food was excellent usually the catch of the day, tuna, snapper and prawns. Great staff, I can't really fault it. If I get the chance to go back to Varkala, this is where I'll stay.

well, what can i say! we were treated as a family!!! the superior suite was sophisticated with a touch of tradition in the furniture, and a beautiful yet majestic view of dawn and dusk over the sea!!! candle lit dinner at the beach overlooking the stars and the waves just a few yards away was marvelous!!! staffs are super friendly and highly hospitable... they did everything to make our stay comfortable, arranged all sorts of transportation at the instance and rental bikes and what not!! what compels me to come back is their hospitality!! all credits go to one hard working and ambitious man, babuji and of course his team!!

Room Tip: ask for the one overlooking the waters.

We stayed at Palm Heritage Resort in August 2013 and after a hectic trip around Kerela it was a beautiful haven of peace and tranquillity.
We loved living right on the beach, listening to the ocean crashing on the shore and eating our food right on the sand, candlelight dinners with sand between our toes were a perfect end to the day.
The food cooked there was some of the best I have eaten in India, try the Kerela fish curry with coconut rice, or whatever fish was caught that day cooked fresh with yummy salad.
Staff at the resort were what made the place so special, helpful and familiar Mysfar, Chottu and the others made us feel right at home from the beginning.

All in all it was a terrific beachside holiday that helped us recover from travelling around the Amazing but intense India, a definite recommend for anyone in the area.

The best place if you want to be treated like family and relax and eat extremely well. The Palm Tree Heritage is a wonderful combination of a lovely setting by a small private beach and has charming very clean and spacious rooms.
A place to stay for long a see the days disappear while you enjoy Indian food, when it is best. A must in Kerala.

We are a couple in the 50, we were here 10 days ago, and really enjoyed. Amazing accommodation on the beach (20 steps from the shoreline).
At sunset with a drink on the beach with the birds, and in the early morning on the beach fishermen, boats, nets and fish, after night shift of the fishermen.
Spacious great room, toilet and shower very large room, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Nice friendly staff, very supportive and helpful.
The team has helped us with reservations, flights, etc.
Excellent location walking distance from the cliff of Varkala and walking path along the coast to the north.

The right place to relax and unwind!
To enjoy the lush green garden and natural surroundings, sipping on a Mint Lemonade, watching the waves breaking on the rocks and the Brahminy Kite gliding across the blue sky!
Very clean and comfortable resort, spacy bedrooms and even spacier bathrooms!
Friendly and attentive staff, always smilling and checking if everything is OK and ready to take any orders or help with any kind of information!
Lovely sunset dinners on the beach, with fresh catch of the day prepared in spicy concoctions! Everything we tried was delciious and the portions were always very generous!
Would recommend this kind of resort for those seeking harmony and tranquility.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice rooms with a good balcony and a stunning view. Away from varkala backpacker crowds, this great hotel offers private beach just 10 minutes walk from Varkala Cliffs. Also has the best reataurant in town for sure. Clean and hygienic, we had the best naans and currys in india there. Definetly reccomend!

Thank you Babu and your team for the amazing stay!
