We stayed for one night in their property. We went as a family along with two other families. It was a fantastic experience overall. There were a few hiccups along the way, however, all said and done it was an unforgettable trip.
The highlight of the trip was dinner on the sea shore. The staff was kind eneough to arrange tables and chairs on the beach itself. Since this is a private beach (maybe around 50 metres in length) there was no one else around to disturb us. The feeling was amazing and its something i will never forget for the rest of my life. We stayed on in the beach till 12 in the night and it was very safe. As we were eating we could see turtles and hermit crabs passing by ! We were surrounding by darkness and the only light was from the candlelight on the table, the stars in the sky and the lights from the fishing boats drifting in the ocean far away.
The rooms were decent but needed a little maintenance. We spent most of the time on the beach so were kind of ok with it. Although we booked 3 rooms, 2 of the rooms had a problem with the AC. They shifted us to a family suite and another smaller room. Although they had such infrastructure issues, they were prompt to make changes.
The food in the night was good. Breakfast was simple and did not have too many options to choose from, however it was good enough for us. The staff is extremely helpful, especially amir.
The way to the hotel was a bit difficult to find. Google maps took us to a seemingly dead end, however we were able to ask the locals for directions and could make our way tot the hotel.

Room Tip: select rooms with an ocean view

As a veteran, I felt cared for at this resort. The staff goes out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Being very close to the beach one can walk into the sea all the time. I was very happy to see a small canoe bringing in fresh fish and many customers haggling over its price. Go ahead and choose this place. you will love it.

A quaint getaway that offers rustic charm bang near the seashore. We were placed in a cottage that blended an old world air with modern convenience. The bathrooms are clean and huge. The staff are very hospitable and provide excellent service. The food is quite homely tasting. We had a lovely time watching the sunset from our verandah.
The only area of improvement would be maybe install phones in the rooms so we can call for service.

No words to say about the ambience of the resort.its so calm and beautiful.i am a person who often pays visit to varkala and have stayed in most of the resorts in varkala. But this turned out to be the best spot for a vacation.
1)close to beach, good rooms,no much crowd and noise.
2)so green ambience and lighting along with cold beach wind.
3)excellent staff response.
4)varieties of sea food items and that too cooked so tasty.
5)They have their own auto transport assistance who charges a fixed minimum rate and also arranges two wheeler for rent.
6)maximum flexibility in the service.
7)no delay in the service.
1)ATMs are a bit far like within 1.5 km.so a vehicle is needed for sure(only this i experienced).
There is a hotel near to jagannatha temple which is owned by BABU(owner of same resort) from where i have tasted so quality food like nowhere else.karimeen fry, squid and pazhankangi(kerala's special) are the best sellers here. The rates of food is also affordable.I would like you to give a try here. The manager Ameer was also of very good help and service.
This spot is equallly apt for a party, vacation for couples as well as for family visits.

Room Tip: you can choose supreme deluxe ac rooms.
