The hotel has very nice facilities. The rooms are nice, clean, and have great balconies. The pool was great to have, particularly for our kids, and very relaxing. The hotel was still knocking the kinks out of their Internet service while we were there; it was spotty the whole time.
We did have a small problem with our first room (broken AC), but they were quick to move us to another room of our liking. Some small things like broken handles, less than perfect cleanliness, and a broken safe all keep this from a better rating. It's also important to point out that we got a very good off season rate. Had we paid full price we may have been more critical.
As others have pointed out, it is not directly on the sea, but about a five minute walk. In rainy season the alleys you must take to get to the sea are very muddy and you will get your feet wet. The lady who runs the front desk was very friendly, accommodating and speaks English well. Service, in general was really good.
Overall, we would stay again.
