Grounds and pool are very pleasant. Room smelled a little musty (downstairs from lobby) but was clean. Everything was in good working order and the bed was quite comfortable. Friendly reception and breakfast service.

Room Tip: Ask for a room above ground floor.

This is a nice place to stay. When you first arrive though, be prepared to walk what seems like a long way to get to your room. The first impression is that the lobby is vast, there are alcoves with statues and blessings for Ganesha, then down some steps to walk along what seems like an endless corridor to your room. Actually, it isn't very far, it's just that it's in a circle (surrounding the garden and pool area). Once you settle in, you'll realise that there are several doors to get outside at regular intervals along the corridor so you can take short cuts to where you are going quite easily. The garden is lovely and relaxing, the pool looks well maintained, there's a swing seat, lots of tables to sit around and there were beautiful hibiscus in bloom when I visited. The gym is quite well equipped and operational, it's part of a larger wellbeing spa - very nice - with attentive and respectful staff. Food is nice here too. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Horrible food, defective plumbing, uncomfortable bed, The only positive about the property is the well maintained landscaped gardens all around . Shifted to Raddison and really enjoyed stay there at same cost.

Had a very nice experience. Due to bad road conditions, we reached hotel after midnight for checkin. Even at that hour hotel staff made our check in faster so that we could take rest. Rooms were very clean with view of the hotel garden. Felt like real 3 star hotel. Breakfast was also good with lot of varieties and that restaurant had swimming pool view. Even our driver was happy with clean accommodation provided for drivers.
