During our visit to Aurangabad during Easter holidays, we wanted to make it a memorable culinary sojourn. After watching an amazing video on food served at Rama International, we were there on the night of good friday but were disheartened to know that Naan Kalian & Manda Ghost were not on their menu & we returned back to our hotel. However we were pleasantly surprised the next morning when I got a call from the Restaurant Manager Dennis Liu informing about the dishes will be specially made for us and if he can take our reservation. We were already impressed but our expectations were surpassed when we actually went there to dine. The restaurant captain along with the the staff made sure that the food was served hot & promptly. The captain not only obliged us with a complimentary dessert for my 4 year old son who was screaming for cake but also surprised us with chef's special Dal Makhni with compliments of course. While dining we also got an opportunity to meet the head chef Mr Sudam, who shared his experience & expressed his happiness over cooking the local authentic dishes that we had asked for. The food was just heavenly and though both the dishes were were mutton dishes yet their flavors were so distinct & as they say " pet toh bhar gaya par dil nahi bhara". I would recommend all the foodies who are heading to Aurangabad with the intention of tasting the local authentic dishes to definitely visit Rama International's Madhuban apart from visiting local eateries. There is definite difference in taste that one would experience while dining at Madhuban. The best part about the food is it is incredibly tasty but is not a burden on your pocket. Absolutely heavenly!
