This is my second stay at The Meadows and I had a good time with my family. Mr.Gopal Gawande from the Reservations front desk has been most helpful in providing all required information. We booked deluxe A/C room with it's own private patio. Room had basic amenities like TV, phone, coffee maker and toiletries like soap, shampoo, moisturizer. Housekeeping & Restaurant service is average and needs to improve. A little maintenance in terms of fixing door locks is needed. Restaurant veg. food items are slightly expensive for the quality eg. Dal Tadka priced at Rs.250, Roti at Rs.50 each, Aloo mutter Rs.285. Breakfast was complimentary with options of eggs, bread, croissant, puri bhaji, idli, wada, dosa, aloo paratha, juice, tea, coffee. Toaster was in bad shape though and needs replacement. The resort is green and peaceful where you can wake up to the sound of birds except for some chants heard from outside the resort. The resort is about 7kms from Daulatabad Fort. Overall, a memorable experience.

Dear Guest,

We are glad to have you stay with us again. We had taken note of your detailed comments and have worked on them to ensure there are no such issues in future.
We apologize for the disturbance through chants - that is actually the temple next door and we have requested them not to use loudspeakers during their prayers.
We hope you will visit us again, perhaps for a spa getaway? And we could suggest some other places to visit and arrange experiences like birding, etc.
We promise that you will face none of the problems you did before and will enjoy the new menu that comes out in November.

In the morning resort looked like a heaven on earth. Arising sun, different types of flowers, twittering birds. we were treated like royalty. Food was served as we required and service was very efficient and courteous. Garden is beautiful and lawns are very well manicured. Spa is added bonus and the visit to Ellora Caves is a life time experience. We strongly recommend this property.

This property is located on Ellora Road, and based on the size and location, would be a fantastic resort if maintained properly. The property is huge, set off from the road, lots of trees and very peaceful. Walls and ceilings are cracking, grounds are somewhat overgrown, entrance is run down. Cottages are good sized, but furnishings, furniture and bathroom fittings require a complete upgrade.

Given an infusion of funds for a refurbishment, this could turn into a winning resort.

The resort is Good well spread out on 12 acres of well maintained lawns and Garden.
The Cottage is Good but the Maintenance is lacking of the Rooms. There are enough staff in the day time, but no round the clock service in the room service. We stayed in S2 Cottage, the tea coffee maker was dirty, i had to wash it thoroughly to my satisfaction.
We wanted to order some snacks in the Night but were told its closed.

The resort can do much better with a little increase in the service, by having atleast some basic staff.

Room Tip: All are Villas and Cottage spread out.Choose the one closer to the Pool.
