The Westin Pune has been there for almost 5 years but it was my first opportunity to visit them. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The location is so nice, that part of the experience I enjoyed was because of the ambiance. It was raining that day and I was happily enjoying a meal sitting with a lovely view in right in the middle of on the most busy signals – Kalyani Nagr. What also earned my respect for Sumit who was attending to me from their team, was the presence of mind to serve me small portions keeping in mind that I need to taste a lot since it was a buffet. Job well done Sumit!! Starters are the best start of any meal but they really fill you up if you do not take care of the portion size. Main course didn’t impress me much here.

I am seriously going back to taste their Jala Rotis of Live Counters. As they are the best served here so far. One point which I definitely would like to make note of is the friendliness of the rest of the staff like Sruthi and Kanika who looked overall. Great experience.

This hotel is one of the best in Pune, Korgaon Park. All the offices and educational institutes are nearby. This hotel is actually one of the best properties of Starwood, now Marriott. If you want excellent cuisine you will have the best with lot of signature dishes. The rooms are absolutely luxurious and follows the best industry practice. Be it a business trip or your vacation it gives you best of both the worlds. As per my experience I did not find a single thing for which I complain. The hotel staff is well trained and know how to please their guests.

What I really like is when the hotel makes an effort to ensure that my food preferences are very smooth and up-to my choice. Being completely honest I had no idea what to expect from the hotel as I was visiting here for the first time. The hotel is huge which is a great bonus and because the best way to see a city view is to see through the room. Always find the best way to explore a new property is through their food and services.

Food is a beautiful melody of Indian cuisine especially at Kangan. Even If you're vegan this is heaven for you. Personally can't get enough of the chocolate gulab Jamuns.
