ISKCON temple is located on National Highway(NH) in a very busy and prominent locality of Bhubaneswar. Teeming with people and traffic, the place is congested and crowded. At the time of writing this review , some renovation work on the NH has made the road narrow . causing difficulty in even walking let alone driving. Parking is always a problem. One has to pay money for parking car in front of the temple .
The temples are good and the deities attract devotees in hordes. There are two temple structures (apart from other buildings) in the compound . One is in the shape of a white lotus in bloom. There is a large restaurant (Govinda's) and a small air conditioned community hall (Gopal's).The hall is made available for private functiones etc. on payment of some fees.
The restaurant serves excellent vegetarian food at very moderate price. Inside the temple as also surrounding the restaurant there are other stalls selling various kinds of eatables , fruit juice . lassi etc apart from religious books and memorabilia.
There is also a prayer hall for adorning the image of Swami Prabhupada Vaktivedanta. There are buildings where the priests and other staff reside. The place is not well maintained . The temples are neat inside ,but surrounded by unhygienic spots.
The overall impression is not spiritual bliss but the feeling which generally generated by an eating joint beside a temple. However if one visits only the temples and nothing more , then it is sure to give a holy feeling and satisfaction.
people who run the temple are very polite and well behaved . But the management is quite unprofessional .

the net effect of all these

Has a Dinning room cum restaurant serves good food value for money. During the day prayer hall is comparatively empty, evenings are very crowded and slightly noisy. Best time to visit early morning before 10. Can be visted forLunch as well as for Dinner. On the highway, need to charter cabs/auto for visiting. city bus service also available DTS service. Details for the public transportation can be had from the city bus stand near the railway station mastercanteen side.

With in the vicinity of Bhubaneswar one can find a very peaceful experience at the Hare Krishna Temple - ISKCON temple as its known.

The evening Aarti (Puja Offerings) I experienced in front of Lord Krishna , makes me feel the flavor of nature. Unlike other Hindu Temples its very very clean and the Prasadam were delicious.

The exterior is super gorgeous and every day theres crowd coming in. We went on a weekday and it was during the arathi time, around 7pm and it was soo blissful. Loved the kirtans and the deities. a must visit again. But they should improve on their bathroom facilities.

Big temple premises, never over crowded, sparkling white structure and clean. Not in the league of other huge ISKCON temples (like the one in bangalore), but scores in terms of cleanliness, discipline and maintenance. The hall adorning the presence of the idol of Lord Krishna is very calm and tranquil

The prasad here is also quite tasty
