Rooms were fairly clean, towels were provided as were loo rolls and hand soap after putting in a request. Bathrooms were tidy but needed more air and natural light. Room service was prompt and fairly priced but the menu was peppered with typos. There was a dead pigeon outside our window but besides that the views were good. The main atrium of the hotel was slightly disgusting as there were pigeons EVRYWHERE fluttering around all day; construction and tiling work noise seemed to also go on forever. Location was ideal as Baskins and Robins and Reliance fresh were both around the corner on a big high street. The reception area at night turned into a bunking area for staff - it looked like there were dead people all over the floor when a portion of the party left in the early hours : s
Pricing of rooms was also on the fair-average side, a group discount would have been nice xD
