"ATITHI DEVO BHAVA" A PHRASE IN SANSKRIT LANGUAGE WHICH MEANS "GUEST IS GOD"
Owner of this guest house follow this ideology and so the staff also provides you service with full dedication.
When we go out on tour, the area where we spend most is on accommodation. In expensive tourist attraction like Jaisalmer this guest house gives you room at desirable rates and with instant services.
the staff will always be there to serve you.

LOCATION : Location of this hotel is main attraction itself "The Jaisalmer fort". Have you ver imagined to live in a fort where kings use to live. this experience of living in a heritage home will always remain with you and This will save your money and time both. wonderful city view from it's roof will add beauty to your stay in jaisalmer. you will feel like top of the world.

DESERT SAFARI : If you hire a room in this hotel then you need not to worry even for the desert safari. They will ask you for desert safari by themselves and will arrange everything for you anytime you ask for it.

Privacy : The staff will never try to enter in your comfort zone. they will leave you free to take decisions according to your wishes. No force will be given on "tip" to staff.

Hosts of this haveli will treat you like a friend and family member and therefore I advise everyone to try this for peaceful/worry free/ tension less stay at jaisalmer.

I had stayed in this "Haveli" during my official trip to Jaisalmer. This Haveli is nice place to stay. This place has ancient "Rajasthani" infrastructure gives you feel like you are living in the ancient time of "Rajputs". Hotel's staff is very attentive & friendly and Owner is also very cooperative. This Hotel is located in the Fort area. So my suggestion is that if you want to take taste of "Rajasthani" culture 'Stay Here'. I recommend 'Desert Haveli Guest House'

I love the city jaisalmer The guest house where i stay for that is located directly in the fort which is known as sonar killa the location lovely me and my frnds enjoyed the location so much The rooms are well furnished in traditional looks. They have 2 houses. make sure to stay in the old one which is a blast!!! The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed the stay. The owner of the place 'dushyant' made every possible effort to make my stay comfortable without his honest advice's it would surely have been difficult to visit so many beautiful places in short time.overall it was great value for money and could not got have imagined anything cheaper for this amazing experience. Here am sharing the picture of beautiful rooms so as per my experience when ever you visit jaisalmer then go for this guest house.

We had informed the guest house of our arrival time, upon arrival the person at the reception made us wait 15 minutes for the check in as only the owner was allowed for that. Once the owner arrived, no smile, he proposed us a welcome tea and started to propose us to organize a Safari.... we spent other 15 minutes to fill in the papers for the check in and to tell the owner that we will think about the Safari but did not see a drop of the promised tea...
We then asked for hot water in the bathroom but apparently it was not possible to have it until next day, why? next day when? No information was provided.
The room was nice but impossible to sleep at night due to the barking of the dogs and the rickshaw horns! In all this we asked to stay one more night as we wanted to take time to organize a Safari and did not want to search for an other guest house. The owner then said that we could stay more but that we had to move into a more expensive room, after showing it to us we were surprised as it actually was exactly the same kind of room! Normally I'm not very difficult, but I really had the feeling that the owner was taking advantage of our money and basically took us for dupes! After that we walked away!
