We had a great time. Customer service was wonderful. They couldn't do enough to help you. Sometimes a bit over the top but always with genuine wish to be helpful.
Nice breakfasts, comfortable room and would highly recommend

What a fantastic place! I would give it 6 stars if I could. Great location, friendly staff, great food, nothing is too much trouble. You get tea and coffee whenever you want, plus cake plus snacks in your room all included.
We couldn't go out without having bottles of water and oranges given to us.
Beautiful rooms, big comfortable beds, powerful showers.
Very nearby are ATMs (some of which work), booze shops, convenience stores.
Fab view of the fort,
If you are staying in Jaisalmer you would be crazy to stay elsewhere

We went to the hotel last December during winter. Initially I was bit sceptical as its not among known brands. But from the moment we arrived the hospitality of the hotel staff has been truly memorable. The hotel has a very home feel and staffs are very warm. It’s also very friendly for kids. The staffs are always ready to take extra effort to keep guests happy. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer

A nice, modern, little boutique hotel.

We had a view of the fort which was cool but the room was smallish and a little noisy. The rooms at the rear have no view but are quieter: choose you poison.

We initially baulked at the idea of staying at an Italian Indian fusion hotel (with a restaurant to match-vegetarian) but after 9 days in Rajasthan we were looking for some simpler food.

The upstairs restaurant is a cool place to hang out- great view, proper coffee and excellent staff.

Cheers

Room tip: The rooms which have the views are a little noisy but we would choose the view again.

The best property we stayed in during our Rajasthan trip. A bit on the expensive side - but worth the price. The room was huge, with a private enclosure and was very aesthetically done up. The staff was ever courteous and helpful, the facilities were A+, the breakfast delicious. And the location - right across the fort.
We arrived quite early in the morning and there was someone waiting to pick us up at the railway station. They also let us check in as soon as they could - and that's much appreciated. The free cold drinks, water, snacks, tea/ coffee and cake throughout the day were all added bonus.
All in all, an excellent choice in Jaisalmer and I'd stay there in a heartbeat, if I ever visit Jaisalmer again.

Room tip: We stayed in Room 102 - with a private lounge. The room was huge and beautifully decorated.
