First class hotel. You got to love this rough stylish haveli.
Jaisalmer is a city with ongoing hotel and guest house owners, her u can breath and enjoy without being hassled.
Nice camel safari and the staff provide you with anything you need.
Highly recommended place to stay.

Amazing staff, very professional, excellent service. The hotel is beautiful inside, very well decorated. We did the camel safari with them as well, and from the 1st moment they made us feel very comfortable. The safari was something I won´t forget, amazing experience in the desert!! All the hotel and safari staffs were great.
Highly recommended!

I stayed at Raslila earlier this month following an awful coach journey from Udaipur that felt like I'd gone 5 rounds with mike Tyson. Some fellow tourists had been recommended Raslila so I decided to tag along with them and was so glad I did once we arrived.

The hotel is really new and has all mod cons. It's a really nice building with an internal courtyard and has been designed to compliment the surrounding architecture - the fort etc. My room was immaculate and felt quite luxurious compared to some places I've stayed in. Importantly for me it was priced at a point that offered excellent value for money.

Location was perfect, 2 minutes from the bus station, 1 minute to the fort gate and 2 minutes to some nice restaurants in the other direction.

One of the big plus points for me was the relaxed, non-pushy philosophy of the staff there. Dilip was a breath if fresh air and a wealth of knowledge not just on Jaisalmer but Rajasthan in general. Although the hotel can sell you camel treks etc. they remained impartial and non-pushy throughout my stay and were honest about the real value in doing some of the activities on offer in and around Jaisalmer.

Well done Raslila.
Michael, England.

My family and I stayed at this hotel with our Off Road Travels tour (www.offroadtravels.com), and it was amazing. This heritage property truly looks and feels like the surrounding town of Jaislemer. The location could not be better, with an amazing view of the fort and only a few minutes walk to its front gate. The service is also excellent, a friendly. And english-speaking staff are ready to assist you with any and everything. Rooms are AC, bathrooms are great (very important in India!) and the photography around the place is amazing.
Great comfortable place to stay for families with young or old members, and an awesome base from which to explore the beautiful city of Jaislemer.

New hotel build in old style. What to say…..no words can describe the feeling of calmnes you feel inside when you enter this haveli. It gives you the little break you need from the buizzy street life.
The camel safari Pradeep arranged for me was excellent, good food, nice camel drivers and most important of all, the bed was comfortable.

Once I had had enough of being constantly hassled in the Fort ( 1 day) I had to get out. "Cool Rahul" a very delightful and helpful tuc tuc driver showed me to the Raslila Vila... and saved me from spending a fortune elsewhere in desperation.
When you walk into the shaded courtyard you know you have found a special place.the garden ambiance is seductive. The smiling face of Dilip greets you, the rooms are beautiful and you take one look at that enormous bath and inviting comfortable bed with the soft white sheets and doona and there is no question of going elsewhere. The wi fi works, the coffee is great the shower, etc etc. One of the best hotels I have stayed so far in a 2 month trip in India. It's a new hotel so it's still peaceful but there are only 6 rooms and they all open onto the courtyard giving a friendly yet reserved feeling. And it's at the foot of the Fort and close to the market and the rest of the town. Absolutely superb.

Can I just say wow!!! It was the best Hotel that I have stayed at. My boyfriend and I were collected from our long bus ride and taken to paradise. Our amazing double room with ensuit bathroom was a very affordable 2000 Rupees, this included a delicious breakfast and chai all day. The bed was so comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The decor is traditional and elegant but it is really the staff that make the experience special. The staff are very friendly and are so helpful with everything, they have great advice for things to do around the city.

They also can give you a very unique camel safari where there are no other tour groups around which is wonderful. We highly recommend treating yourselves and staying at this beautiful home away from home.

Room Tip: All the rooms are unique, but we loved ours because we had a bath the size of a gacuzzi.
