This place is amazing, stairs going up and down all over the place, tiles, paintings, stone carvings, balconies. The roof top restaurant has a view to die for. The family are wonderful warm people and the rooms are full of character. The suites are like movie sets. The standard rooms looked quite nice too. Only downside is that the approach is quite tough- cars can't get through the narrow streets in this part of the old town. Also we were told there was a driver room and when we arrived we were told that there wasn't (this happened twice to us in India) and the boys who run the restaurant need to pay a bit more attention to cleanliness. Otherwise this is an amzing property and you'll have great fun staying there! There are heaps of mosques in Jodphur, don't expect a good sleep.

Room Tip: We got the Maharani's room. Beautiful!

We didn't book this guesthouse, but was brought here by the owner of Heaven Guesthouse, as all of its rooms were fully booked (yes, despite having made reservations earlier). Luckily, we were given the best room of the guesthouse -- the one facing the Mehrangarh Fort! The walls of the room had hand-painted flowers, with little touches of Indian decor sprawling over the place. The bathroom wasn't as clean as expected, but it was sufficient for our needs.

It was nothing fancy, but it was definitely very good value. The location was superb, just a short walk to the center of the town (where the clock tower is). The owner was very kind - giving us advice whenever we needed one. He also owns Jhankar restaurant, another great gem in this town.

Room Tip: Ask for the room facing the Mehrangarh Fort, or go up to the restaurant for an unobstructed view...

This guest house is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. They gave us suggestions for places to see and always made sure we are comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great and the view is beautiful.

Nice private guest house in the center of Jodhpur. The rooms are individual, nice and clean. The hotel is surrounded with a lot of shops. The street is very narrow and there is no access for cars. We just carried our luggage about 300m, but rickshaw can drive. Of course they ask for tourist prices when they see you with the luggage.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December, we enjoyed the fact that it was right in the heart of the centre - you are not able to reach the place by car though, but there is always a keen tuk tuk rider waiting to take you! It's a family run homestay, and we felt very welcome and at home. We even managed to get henna done on our hands by the niece of the owner - highly recommend her! Our rooms were spacious, clean with a warm shower. Would recommend staying here!

Great family run hotel, with an amazing view of the fort from my room, value for money. Rickshaw is easily available, no entry for cars in this area though. Best part of this place are the friendly and polite people who own and run the hotel. Would definitely come back here again.
