We booked a room for two nights and were given a warm welcome. The photos in the internet performance do not show the reality. There is lakeview from the rooftop, but none from the rooms. In front of the building there is a ruined house. Rahil, the owner was not willing to offer the better room and we had to climb three floors to complain about the bathroom. The wash basin was not working and the staff were not equipped to fix it. They allotted this faulty rooms considering we were busy and desi travellers on business and not a regular phoren firangi!!! The complaints after a hard day were left unanswered and the last morning before check out as the water from the bathroom refused to drain out and we were so pressed for time.that one of us just washed our face at 0530 am in the cold night with cold water as the staff didn't fit to on the water heater. What a harrowing time..as opted for this hotel..looking at friendly reviews and were completely disappointed to not receive the hygienic and working bathroom that we were looking for.
