We stayed in this hotel in Dec 2013.Hotel has centralized air conditioning. We stayed on first floor and lift was available. Rooms are clean and very well furnished. Washrooms are clean with shower are separated with glass partition. The location of this hotel is good, its at walkable distance from Gulabbagh and the vintage car museum, within 2 km from City palace, also market is walkable from this hotel.
Service was good and fast. Food was very costly and we tried food only once and preferred to eat outside during our 2 days stay. We have get nice view of city palace from the terrace.
Breakfast was included in our room cost, buffet breakfast was very nice and we really enjoyed it.
Front desk staff was helpful though busy, they provided us very nice tour plan to view places around the city.
Only the negative point is, parking space is not available. Road opposite to hotel is busy and your vehicle can't even stop for 2 min to drop you due to heavy traffic.
Overall it was comfortable and pleasant stay in Udaipur.

Let me start off with the good thing. Its located quite close to Udaipur Palace which is one of the major attraction. You can term it as a budget hotel with nothing great about it.

The service levels were really on a snail pace and also the room amenities not upto desired standards. For a room booked for double occupancy with two children, there were two coffee cups arranged in the room. Coffee sachets missing. Coasters were dirty.

In the cold weather of December, the water was just luke warm and we thought twice to take a bath with that arrangement.

Sleep wise it was a decent accommodation with reastaurant also fine to be of budget hotel

Overall they charged around 4k for room only basis which was way high for the level of services and amenities. With that price there is no Swimming Pool or fitness centre.

Although its located near Udaipur palace & pichola lake both are locations though are not walking distance.

Room Tip: Nothing specific, all rooms are of same nature. Not even thought of having a snap of the room.

The property is new and that can be seen in the quality of rooms and furniture. however, it always feels understaffed. Has the capacity to become a good 2-3 star hotel but seems to lack the professionalism to do so.

Positives:
Good spacious rooms, well kept washrooms.
Good location, barely 2 kms from the city palace complex and the city bazaar. this means u can roam around late in the night and come back walking.

Negatives:
No parking , many people drive to Rajasthan so this becomes a sore point.
Food quality is quite low for a hotel charging more than 2k per night, food quality matches a dharamshala at best.
Cleaniness and maintenance at the hotel premises and rooms, both leave much to desire.

Really a very good hotel to stay with family. Very clean hotel with good ambience. Very supportive staff. House keeping has to be a little bit aggressive. Bathrooms are very hygienic. A very nice place to stay in affordable tarif. .

The hotel is in the city center not far from the lake. It is a budget hotel with decent size rooms. The staff and the room service was excellent. The only disappointing aspect was the restaurant - not very well managed despite a variety of dishes on offer.
