We are hotel guests but apart from accommodation, we are charmed by the restaurant service. food is very good and hygienic and every request is immediately served by the service. The boys are great and especially our "personal waiter" Hurricane, effectively makes our stay more pleasant. A very nice restaurant, oasis of nice and professional service.

We stayed three nights and found the hotel to be very well located. A short walk to the royal palace as well as a number of temples and view points of the lakes. The staff were extremely friendly, especially at breakfast or dinner, with Hurricane (staff member) providing excellent service. Meals are served on the roof terrace with great views over the city and lake. Facilities were clean and tidy with the ability to play badminton or pétanque an added bonus.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The place itself is like a museum, but the rooms are lovely and comfortable. So close to everything you might want--restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Highly recommend it. I've been there twice!

Yes madri haveli is a 300 years hold heritage property and some room like the temple are remainding the same since that period.

Stayed for two nights. Characterful old Haveli well located. Airport pick up and transfer via electric tuk tuk was very smooth on arrival. Good service, breakfast and clean room. Hotel arranged onward car to Jodphur via Ranakpur. Cost of which was slightly higher than elsewhere but more convenient.

Place is immaculately designed with the touches you’d expect in a hotel 5 times the price. This includes the service with Toofan in particular at the great sunset rooftop bar offering fabulous service and pouring great gin & tonics!
