“Very serene and well maintained getaway”
Review of Parambikkulam

Though we could not get a sight of a tiger, we were lucky to see bisons, elephants and few other animal/birds. The rooms near the forest are well maintained and the staff are very strict to not allow any liquor/entertainment that could disturb the forest creatures. Love the food served, peaceful environment during the stay, people who took us for the boat ride, trekking etc. Wonderful place to visit again! nicely maintained.

We have visited the forest with a group of friends, Stayed at Tree House for a day. It was a wonderful experience. We went for Trekking, an important thing to mention is about the Forest Ranger. The Ranger who accompanied our group provided lots and lot of information & guided us very well.

The food & accommodation was reasonably good. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed for one day at Thunakadavu Treetop hut at Parambikulam. The location was awesome and the stay was literally in a jungle. This was the only tree top hut in Thundkadavu and in night we really scarred, but it was really a nice stay we enjoyed it. We can feel the nature. It was a one day package which include stay, food, trekking, jungle safari, tribal safari, bamboo rafting etc. ..

The Parambikkulam national park is very well maintained. The local people who are also guides have been well trained. If you are a nature lover and want to soak in the wild wonders sights and sounds of Mother Nature this is a must visit place. We stayed in a tree hut just over the resovoire at & had monkeys for company. It was beautiful to see condensation taking place early mornings with the mist over the lake Nights were wonderful with no lights & only sounds of the forest. Must visit place if you conform to the rules and regulations, and respect nature Packages are available and the best part is it is inclusive of food a guide bus trip etc all inclusive including boating in a bamboo raft, trekking through the wild to see elephants
