It is in the centre of the city but fails at making an impression. Dirty small rooms, rude service and noise from outside leaves a very bad taste. A strict-no for all you people seeking a Nawabitreatment in the city of Nawabs.

The hotel has an excellent right in the centre of Lucknow with the shopping area of Hazratganj and other business locations just a short distance away. The reception staff were friendly and the check in process was efficient.
The room was impressive and fully carpeted along a study table and other basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was staisfactory. Room service was a tad slower but the delicious Kebabs more than compensated for the delay.
I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Centrally located but poor visibility because of being located in a business building. No lobby; starts from second floor. Difficult to locate as even the police post people on the same road does not know it. No space within the hotel to walk around or relax. Rooms are average, service though is good. Pretty expensive seeing its standard.

This hotel has rooms on two floors in a business building. It is not pretty from the outside. The rooms are basic but reasonably clean. There is no restaurant and breakfast is served in your room.
The location in town is fine. Serves well for a night or two and does have wifi access in the room.

Because of the reviews here I had high expectations, but was a bit disappointed in this hotel. However it was my first experience of a hotel in Lucknow and after visiting some others, realized maybe it wasn’t too bad. Not great either however.
n the 5 days I was in Lucknow I didn’t see another foreigner or meet anyone who spoke much English. The staff were smiley and sweet but very ineffective as we didn’t understand one another much. For example the hotel doesn’t work online and they rely on telephone, and fax communication, but the tel number for them on the Lucknow tourism website and airport website is wrong, and no-one but they have the correct number. I tried to show them the brochures and online printing errors, to explain why perhaps they had an empty hotel and no foreign tourists, and they didn’t understand at all and kept giving me their business card with contact tel number on for my own use. I had tried to call in advance to warn that my flight would be arriving at 2am and even calling via Londons hotels.com was no use as they didn’t have the hotels tel number either. They proudly show you their wi-fi router for your internet access but it wasn’t working in all the time I was there and no amount of going up to explain that they needed to restart their system had any results. Just blank smiles. Also, if you use a local internet café in India you need to show your passport and record the passport number.
The room was large and spacious and the sheets were clean, but some corners of the room were really grimey and the grilles over the fans / ac were black with mould. The rooms were tidied up every day but never the bathroom, and despite the high tariff (2500rps) I still had to go and buy own toilet paper as the only provide one half roll on your first day. The cleaning boy, who I met once, was so young and filthy dirty himself that I was a little put off and went and bought a big bottle of dettol. I don’t think they have a housekeeper or person who has any vested interest in the rooms, as the main focus is the front desk.
The food served to the rooms is delicious and one of the best Thali and poori baji Ive eaten in India.
One annoyance was one night there were local men in a room alongside me (no luggage so I presumed they were local) and they spent their time shifting furniture around, pacing up and down the corridor all night shouting into their mobile phones, coming and going , and I couldn’t sleep. I tried to phone the front desk to complain but the lack of English meant they didn’t understand what I was trying to say.

Its a good hotel in central lucknow. about 1 km away from Hazratganj and hardly 200mtr away from Shara mall. Rooms are spacious, wall to wall carpet, study table. Not to forget, TV and fridge. Food is also very good, specially bhuna gosht (mutton burra) and kabab. Though the hotel is on second floor but they have lift so no worries.
