We stayed here for 2 and a half weeks in early January. We almost went nuts! No decent food, no alcohol at the bar, rooms were filthy (bathroom was downright dangerous), plates left outside rooms for days, staff were friendly but given no direction. Very sad and tired. If these points were addressed, this could be a nice place to stay.

We were booked by DAE at Jimbran Hill , whic unfortunetaly Or Fortunately closed and they provided us with alternate accomodation at Sari Segara.

The Resort is right on the Jimbran Beach which is famous for its Sea food barbeques. The Resort is quite big and we were provided by adjoining room (but not interconecting, which was a little problem with small kids but was not a Big problem and didnt make any difference to our enjoyment)

The External Facade and swimming pool are in poor shape and need urgent atention as tiles are missing from pool. I could see some work being carried out like new beds and Mattresses , Lift maintenance and a board talking about renovation so I am sure that Next time there we will have much better accomodation.

We enjoyed the Breakfast every day , most of the times it was a Buffet accept n two days due to low occupancy we selected out f the menu. The staff at the restuarnt were very good and helped us when ever they could.

We enjoyed our swim in the pool and the sea food barbeque at Langsam cafe across the street, with Serenaders singing as per your choice.

Over all a Great stay. The room was very comfortable, Bathrooms were really good.

Sad and in need of care and renovation - and a good clean.
We stayed in the presidential suite. Large and airy but so worn and in neexdc of a good scrub. Cheap - but would rather have paid more for better

A good place fo a few nights stay, situated on a quiet stretch of jimbaran bay, seafood restaurants (on the beach) are just across the street, a short walk down the beach are the cheaper ones. Not much else to do in Jimbaran so the spacious pool area was great for lazing around. We took the deluxe room and were impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness and view- for the price. 10 mins from the airport.

This was our second stay at the Sari Segara, and we plan to stay for part of our holiday again next year. The hotel wa at about 15% occupancy during our stay, so very quiet again.

There were a couple of changes this time, but overall once again we found the hotel great value for money & the staff are lovely. The pools are as great as ever, and the hotel still very comfortable and clean.

My 2 daughters and I used the spa on this visit for the first time. It was not only very, very inexpensive but of a great standard. We each had a pedicure & manicure as we sat under a hut by the pool. The girls in the spa served us lovely ginger tea & all up it was 1 3/4 hours of total relaxation & pampering, and ended with nail polish & being left to relax afterwards, returning to our room at our leisure. Upon arrival there was a letter in our room offering the manicure or pedicure for just US$6 each, well below the usual spa rates, and a great bargain! We will definately use their services again next time.

One major change since our last visit was that the buffet breakfast had been replaced by an ala carte breakfast (included in the room), and this suited us fine. Everything was fresh & the food is great. We pushed the limits, ordering most things on the menu - in one sitting they were happy for us to have eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, fruit, pancakes, pastries, hot chocolate, fruit juice, etc. And although the breakfast voucher was for 2 people, they didn't charge for the children - they just said "No, children free in room" - I hadn't expected it to include breakfast, but when we thought about it we ealised that it was probably also the case on our last visit.

As I've said, it's a great value hotel & would be great for families and couples alike, just not for anyone looking for loads of people to meet or a party atmosphere.
