We have just returned from Bali on Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised. I have been to Bali about 8 times but usually in legion. We randomly picked this hotel because of its position of being across the road from the beach and near poppies 1 and 2. I have to say the wonderful service from all the staff was second to none. Any concerns were acted on straight away and with a smile. Silly things like a rooster that crowed that annoyed my friend but did not disturb me but after mentioning to reception we were able to be moved to a quieter room that was a upgrade at no extra cost. I Ketut HarddiyasaI and doorman Maude (I think)were tremendous with customer service. I could not work the DVD player and 5 minutes later at 10 pm we had a serviceman to fix the problem. It was my friends birthday and after mentioning it at reception a lovely mudcake was produced at breakfast with candles and staff singing at no extra cost. These little touches and the smiling staff make a big difference. It is small enough to feel you are not just a number but a valued guest. I thank all the staff and management for making my holiday another great one. I do recommend the rooms on the ground floor though not on the first floor...they have a nicer Balinese outlook on the gardens. Thank you Karen and Fiona

My husband and I stayed at the resort for 3 nights as we wanted to be close to Kuta Square and the beach. We had a deluxe seaview room, but would have preferred to stay in one of the cottages on the ground floor. Our room was located on the third floor, which meant we had to walk up two flights of stairs. Thankfully the staff assisted with our baggage to the room as they were quite heavy. The room was ok and what was expected from the website. The only downfalls were our air conditioner was quite noisy and not working properly as the room was never cold and the shower in the bathroom was poorly designed. We loved the buffet breakfast which was all you can eat from bakery delights, toast, omelette to order, fresh fruit, hot food and more. The restaurant at the resort had an Italian menu and a variety of food to choose from. One night on our stay there was a live DJ who played some awesome house music, so we chilled out around the pool area and had cocktails. Also, there are so many shops and a mall only meters away from the resort. Just on the corner is all the market stores if you are chasing some knock off bags, sunglasses or clothes. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The next time we would book a cottage instead.

Room tip: Book a ground floor cottage.

We stayed in this fantastic Bali Resort for 1 week. The room was spacious, huge comfy bed and air conditioned and frequently serviced through out the day, with a different towel animal greeting us daily. The room staff were always smiling and were happy to help and to ensure that we were satisfied with our room. The pool area was relaxing, with large lounges under shade umbrellas or trees, towels supplied and food and drinks served at all times. Pool staff were forever cleaning and tiding up the area after use. The pool was the best to cool off or refresh during the warm days. We ate at the Rosso Vivo Restaurant, part of the resort, every day. Breakfast had a great variety of choices, suiting every ones palate. All meals throughout the day were of a high quality, again, with many choices. The drink menu was also extensive. The scrumptious evening meals were prepared by chef Roberto, wow, is he good!!! All staff in the restaurant that we had contact with, were so very friendly and obliging, to make your eating experience a memorable one. Our over-all experience was one never to be forgotten, for all the best reasons. We will stay here again. Terima Kasih. Margaret and John.

We stayed at the resort for 8 nights after Easter and we were pleased with the choice. We had a garden room and it had plenty of space and was nice and clean. The breakfasts were a little lacking and had some strange items ie chicken curry but then maybe some cultures would actually eat that for breakfast. They had a good number of dishes but some variety on choices throughout the week would be good. The staff were unbelievable - so friendly and they appear to be genuinely happy in their roles. The reception staff were more severe and business like but still polite. The location is good - across the road from the beach and we took advantage of this a few days. Our only downer was the pool and the extremely loud music that starts up late afternoon and the lack of fans in the public areas - it was so hot when we were there. The pool was like a hot bath - but then what can they do about that! The music drove us away each evening to dine elsewhere. But there are lots of choices down the road at the Beachwalk Mall. I would stay again but would choose a cooler time of the year. The housekeeping staff were lovely and each day they did an origami animal on the bed one morning they put my spare sunglasses on it which certainly got some chuckles

Strategically located along the Kuta Beach, with lots of shops nearby.
The staffs are very attentive to our needs.
Rooms are ok, clean , typical Balinese style, with wood furnitures .... As long as you are not the extreme fussy type.
