It has all the possibilities for success, but again it falls short for me.
The staff at the front desk is fine, but kitchen staff needs more training.
The way they have 20 staff shy of speaking to you because they have to speak is english is tiring, the way they stop 'serving' before the breakfast is over and they run out of coffee before breakfast is over is not service.
There are too many small issues that is just to much for me as a guest to try to convey in order to teach them how to give valuable service. I liked it because I met up with good friends and made sure I had a good time, but I know there is so many great places to choose from in Bali and I would never have the need to go back there.More
